The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet.What really stood out was the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional hotelStaff is super friendly and always there for help, hotel and rooms are very clean and modern,There is a good view for the pool and multiple halls and lounge on 7th floor, also a restaurant with a great foodRooms have all the necessities with teapot, coffee, tea, and everything that you would needOverall I am really happy for the stay

Despite the location is not centric, we knew before. Hotel is clean, very helpful staff, boys in reception were really helpfull Breakfasts we like as well. Nice place in the evening to chill with near the pool in lounge

The location was a bit weird, the car distance from the city center... The hotel seemed new..but not all the things were available for the room, like shoe horn, or bowls at breakfast...overall good value for money

There were a few dogs in front of the hotel door. Some are friendly but one wasn’t ?

Staff went out of their way to decorate our room for our anniversary which was awesome. The place is comfortable, simple and clean. Breakfast had variety and was healthy and fresh. The hotel is about 10mn from the center but we used Bolt to pick us up every time and it was very affordable.Overall, a great stay.

Amazing experience. The lady at the reception was so helpful and made sure we were able to get proper breakfast early in morning as we had a flight to catch. Will recommend 100% to stay here.

Very friendly staff at the reception made us feel welcome and cozy. They helped us to find a nice place for dinner and ordered us taxi. We were very very warm greeted. The room was clean and quiet. I recommend this place:)

very friendly and local staff with local characteristics and friendly vibes. it was fantastic place to rest in water, becasuse of bathtub and pool.
