Grand Opera Hotel

It is a modern hotel in the historic building. The room and staff were wonderful. Located in the center of the city. We went everywhere on foot.

The check-in went smoothly. The room was small, but nice and clean. As for breakfast – nothing special but attendants there were welcoming and helpfull.

What I would pay my attention, there was a slight smell of humidity in the bathroom; there was also not very easy to adjust the flow of warm water in the shower, it was or cold or very hot.

It was in the middle of the city, so we had easy access to everything.

There was no help with baggage, which was challenging as we were traveling with a toddler and many bags.

Everything was great, especially the breakfasts. Excellent location and very good service.

AMAZINGLY comfortable bed and fine sheets - probably it was by best sleep in 2025! (Similar quality happened to me in 2025 only in June in Amsterdam hotel citizenM). Best location!

Exhaust in the bathroom and warm rods for wet clothes both need to be looked into.

Best location at the center of Kutaisi. Rooms are clean and very well maintained. Superb breakfast. Very comfortable beds. The rooftop bar is a nice bonus.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, very near the fountain square of Kutaisi. Amazing rooms. We stayed in a family room. It could not have been better. Felt so new and fresh despite being an old hotel. Beds were super comfortable with amazingly fresh and clean linen. Had a partition area for kids. Bathroom was so big. Lighting was so good in the room and the bathroom. View from the room was not bad either.

It was under-staffed in Sep, perhaps due to off season. Breakfast was not the best, had nothing for vegetarians.

Everything was perfect .. all staff are very friendly and super helpful.. the hotel is historical piece of art and the location is full of life..

Location was excellent The breakfast spread was good and the staff were cordial.

The king suite was alright but you won’t get Wi-Fi network there. Even after reporting the issue the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Cleaning staff not available when I called at 9:30 PM. So had to clean myself.No bellboy so don’t expect any help. You are on your own basically.The standard rooms that I earlier booked had tiny window so might feel claustrophobicThe receptionists are boys literally boys. They need to up their game to be honest. They don’t know anything on hospitality industryThe TV isn’t a smart TV even in King suite. The language was Georgian and no help was provided even after approaching the reception.

Nice and clean hotel in Kutaisi. The hotel is in a good location. Breakfast is ok.

An old building converted go a hotel. Lication is great, at a walking distance from all attractions.

Central location, comfortable beds, nice roof top cafe

No noise isolation, one can hear all the noise from the street, shower was leaking badly same as the shower head.

The hotel is super waw, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable & the breakfast is so yummy. Big thanks for the reception guy Mr. Georgi who welcomed me & gave me all the tips i need it as a first time solo traveler to Kutaisi. Special thanks for the gentleman David who served me amazing breakfast from the buffet at the hotel restaurant with a big smile.

The best part of our stay was the excellent location, comfortable bed and pillows, strong AC, friendly staff, and smooth check-in process.

The downside was the unpleasant smell—the bathroom had a strong sewage odor that affected the overall experience.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable bed and good location. Nice interior design, spacious, well soundproofed room.

Shower head was not functioning properly. Breakfast needs improvement - croissant tasted like an old brioche bread and scrumbled eggs were almost fully cooked.

Good hotel to stay with the family. Less Noisy. Well organized. Check in/out was quick. Breakfast was nice and our kids were enjoyed the varieties.

In family room, they may add one more wash bashin with mirror outside the Bathroom.
