The room was big with a balcony facing the sea.We liked the location with a lot of restaurants near by.Restaurant in the main floor

A bit noisy at night due to thin walls and doors

Located near the beach. Shops and restaurants close by. Clean and tidy. Very welcoming staff. Very good food in their restaurant. You get what you’re there for !

Can’t think of anything negative

Very warm host, polite staff, big room and balcony. Confirmable restaurant in a hotel.

We were group of friends and we had a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily, adding to our comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean, simple and comfortable. The staff was really nice, the restaurant downstairs had good food and again wonderful service.

The bathrooms could use some touching up.

Welcoming / accommodating staff. We turned up 1 extra person and they were co-operative and tried to find a solution.The restaurant at the hotel is fantastic - varied menu, well served delicious food and a hard working waitress. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant also serves three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner.Good location - just off the village centre and main road, and only a few hundred metres from the sea and the mouth of the Veleka River.Room 207 has a balcony with a small table and two plastic chairs. The air conditioning is efficient.

Breakfast is not included, which makes the room price we paid too high for Sinemorets out of season.I found the furniture in our room a bit spartan, cheap and a bit run down. The same goes for the bathroom; the shower is next to the toilet, splashing water over it.The view from the balcony is of backyards and buildings.No lift.

I stayed only for one night, everything was great. The room's clean and spacious, lots of natural light. 24/7 reception, easy check-in and check-out, AC in the room worked well. No complaints at all.

The location is excellent - very close to Veleka beach. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming.

Sheets seemed clean, but the rest not so much. The toilet was not as clean as it should be. Also we got a change of towels on the second day that had spots.

PROS- we liked the location of the hotel and the fact that you can see the sea from the balcony (we paid for sea view)- the staff of the hotel was very friendly- overall the room was clean

CONS- the sheets and the towels were old - the towels were very hard and the sheets were yellow in places from much usage and washing- the ventilation in the bathroom was not good enough for a sea hotel and it was smelling even though we kept the door open most of the time- overall everything was very worn-out and I am not sure it was the best value for money- THE RESTAURANT - even though it is rented out and is not owned by the hotel, we were pissed to see the price we had to pay after 6 mornings of drinking coffee there. The prices are ridiculous and the coffee is not even good. They couldn’t make a cappuccino so I asked for normal coffee with a bit of milk inside. This cost me 7 leva which is even higher than the price of a real cappuccino. Do not go to the restaurant, it is not worth it!!!

Except the thing with the dogs it is a very nice place. Clean, comfy, nice location and so on.

We did not like that there was two puppies on a single leash tied to the fence of the hotel. The two dogs did fight from time to time but more importantly had left on the sun with no shadow. Did not like how the doggies were treated.

Excellent price, location, comfort. The staff is very friendly.

The location was good and the food in the restaurant very good.

It was our wedding, we asked for king size bed, we received 2 singles. I asked for fresh flowers in the room once arrived, we didn’t received. They didn’t want to change our room.

Excellent price/quality ratio. The room was nice. The balcony was with an excellent view. We arrived earlier and were allowed to check in.
