Family Hotel Four Seasons Tsarevo

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. What truly made my experience exceptional was the wonderful host who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel's location, and the service was provided by friendly and kind people.

I didn't like that there was no parking, and at times, it was difficult to find a spot. I understand that maintaining a carpet is challenging, but there were stains in the room, leaving a feeling of inadequate cleanliness. The bathroom's fan didn't work, and it left too much moisture after bathing.

Hotel Is in the center of Carevo, but it's situated in very quiate part. It's very good fór the sleeping. The personál Is super. Very friendly. The price od this hotel Is perfekt. Near the hotel Is the restaurant with fresh and taste goods, And not expensive. I may recomend this hotel (mezonet).

Ratio the price and the quality Is ok.

The location is great, you leave your room and in a minute walking you find yourself at the central square with the lovely view of the fountain, the lighted benches and the sea. The rooms are spacious more than enough and all rooms are finished in a Greek style, resembling a stay there.The rooms are equipped with everything you need and all is working well, unlike some other places on the coast.The staff are very polite and friendly and looking forward to seeing you soon again. Even let our dog in and were surprised she was so quiet and no one had even noticed gere presence.Thank you so much for that?

Well, the staircase is a bit steep but one can manage. I did even though I have medical issues moving freely sometimes.One could be happier with the bathroom and its colours but I suppose it's a matter of personal likes and dislikes.

Central location reasonably priced hotel. This is not a luxury hotel and does not pretend to be something it is not. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

The location is quite good, that's the last cross before the pedestrian area of the town centre. The room was big, enough of space for the large bed, the fridge, table, wardrobe, additional chairs and then you've got even more space available. What you see on the pictures here is exactly what you get ?One of the few restaurants working all year long is next door to the hotel which is great, and the food is better than most of the restaurants in other, nearby towns and resorts.

The view from my window but you can't really tell the neighbours what to do or put on their windows.

The room was spacious with a terrace and the location was perfect - very close to everything.

Location is perfect and the room was really large. There is an AC which is quite beneficial. The was TV with plenty of channels was working properly as well.There is restaurant next door which has a pretty good cuisine.

The room needs a renovation. Bathroom is old and it wasn't smeling good. The night lights nezt to the bed were not working. There is no elevator which could be a challenge for elderly people

Location, big room, free parking

Bathroom was old and smelled bad. The shower is not separate from the toilet and sink. Carpet - old and dirty. No elevator

It was clean , spacious and comfortable. Great location , and the owner kept a parking space for us at arrival so we could park for free.

The towels in our room weren't changed throughout our stay. The toilet made weird sounds that could wake up the whole hotel . The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

Everything's a bit weared and needs a bit of rennovation.

Everything was perfect, especially the children were very pleased. The location was excellent.
