Hermes Club Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive is located in Tzarevo on 2 peninsulas at the beach, offering very spacious and elegantly decorated accommodations with free WiFi. Upon availability a sunbed and a umbrella are provided for guests at the hotel's pool and near the beach bar free of charge. The Hermes Club Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive has an Aqua Park with a pirate ship for children, a hot tub, a massage center, a children's playground and other facilities that offer lots of fun. An international team of animators also provides children's and evening entertainment.

- I recently stayed at Hermes Club Hotel in Tsarevo. A wonderful four-star hotel and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was as expected. The hotel facilities were spot on, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a truly relaxing vacation including a small beach to enjoy the waives of the Black Sea.What really stood out was the excellent service at both the restaurant and the bars. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

- If I could suggest two areas for improvement, it would be to enhance the internet connection and to include indoor entertainment (pool table) as part of the ultra all-inclusive package, rather than charging extra.
- The food was not so good as previous years and the water of the pool was too cold. There showed be more activities that are not in the water when the weather is bad
- Food wasn't great. Coffee was quite bad. Rooms were not cleaned even once for 3 nights stay, but cleaners woke us up twice and got in the room to remove trash while we were there. Quite useless and bizzare.

Everything good and decent! Sparking clean, smiling and good willling personal, spacious room, joyful bartenders, professional receptionists, energetic entertrainers.
Small roky beach with strange flag rules to use in a normal day, czech flavor of the cuisine, pool/beach places reservation rules not respected.
great pool areas and water slides. staff especially animation team were awesome. clean and the food was excellent. all inclusive was one of best I’ve been to.beach superb!
only one lift for lots of rooms meant took ages to arrive. air con not great, room never really cooled down. rooms and balcony on the small side
The pools (5pcs) were nice and clean. This resort is right next to the beach, access all day. The bars were great and serve you lots of drinks. Apartments are super spacious and very clean. Food also amazing.
