    • I new 5 star resort with numerous pools with mineral water. Visit their website for details about what they offer. The breakfast is unbelievable. You need 15 minutes to walk around to see what they offer and it is delicious. The restaurant adjacent to the resort called Sofra is a great place to have dinner!
    • The massage was great.
    • The lobby and the music. Good spa and food/restaurants.

    Cons -

    • The road from Kazanlak to the resort is not very good. The infrastructure of this area needs a lot of improvement.
    • While the hotel has nice facilities and the staff were polite and professional, the overall experience was very unpleasant due to severe overcapacity. We waited around 1.5 hours in line just to check in, and both dinner and breakfast were overwhelmingly crowded, to the point of being stressful. Unfortunately, the hotel appears to host far more guests than it can comfortably accommodate, which significantly detracts from the stay.
    • Too high pillows.

Everything is well designed, big room, big bathroom, clean, very good SPA center, delicious food, great views to the mountain, animators for the kids. There is a small airport near the complex to fly with small trainer aircraft. Tennis, football, basketball...

It is very, very expensive, if you consume something outside your package. It is better to use an all inclusive package, than order a meal in the restaurant.

A nice big hotel. The rooms are very good and spacious. The beds comfy. The food is amazing. The pools are very good. The staff are kind, and very helpful.

There were no conditioner in the container in the bathroom nor body lotion. I think that the staff should check that before every guest checks in, and me as a guest should ask for a refill only if I have used the product, not the container to be empty upon arrival. The spa center is quite small for the capacity of guests for the hotel, and feels noisy and crowded. The doors are not isolated, and all of the heat and steam goes out.

Spa was great, food was very good. Overall score is very good!

The cleaning staff and most of the reception. When you’re staying at such a hotel, high rated and setting expectations, you are not okay with negative attitude at the reception and definitely not clean room…

The hotel's spa and pool amenities were the best part if this trip. The multiple different kinds of saunas and the cold room were our favourite.

The food for both breakfast and dinner was disappointing. Almost everything was either dry or unflavoured. The only exception was the pancakes. The room was clean but the carpet was stained.

Good facilities, good food quality and selection, great for family vacations - less good for a couples retreat as it's more geared towards families with children. Food buffet was of good quality, everything was quite tasty. We also booked two massages, the spa facilities were good.

The room was 85%clean, this is an area for improvement. Some small stains in the fridge, we found someone's glue-on eye lashes on the counter, etc. Also, the salt room is only available at certain times and it's paid. Never heard of such a thing for a salt room to be paid per 20 minute session, I found this to be ridiculous.

I had a wonderful stay at Kings’ Valley! The hotel is spotless—everything from the rooms to the spa and pool areas is kept very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, especially during the week when it isn’t crowded. I loved that I could enjoy the spa facilities and the outdoor pool without feeling rushed or overwhelmed by too many people. The food is amazing - great variety both for breakfast and dinner at the buffet and Sofra restaurant serves amazing traditional Bulgarian cusine and it's a great spot for lunch.

The room was nice and clean, just as you’d expect from a quality hotel. The pools were fantastic and a great place to relax. I especially enjoyed playing tennis with my child on the court. The fitness facilities were also well-equipped and made it easy to keep up with workouts during our trip.

The mini bar at the apartment wasn't working, when we raised the issue, the staff admitted they already knew about the problem - yet they still placed us in the room without saying a word. For a hotel that charges premium rates, this is not the standard of service you're expecting.

The Bulgarian food restaurant, the spa, the rooms

    7GeorgePosted on: 8-17-2025

    Spacious.

Few staff at the pool bar. Missing or stained towels.Coffee at the breakfast restaurant was horrible.

The hotel is almost new and very well equipped. Large rooms large bathrooms and comfortable king size beds. The SPA is also very well equipped.

I would recommend to have more trainings to the waitresses who works on the outside swimming pool. It is not an adequate answer when something is not served as per the menu to tell: "It's not me who make it" in a rude way.

Every thing hotel , pools , spa ..

There is nothing to do outside the hotel .

The Spa, the garage, the stuff, the room.

    8AntoniPosted on: 7-21-2025

The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. There are many pools, a very good gym and an excellent spa center. The staff are very polite and helpful.

The internet connection was very poor. I and another member of our party had a very bad food poisoning which kept us confined to our rooms for a day. Although this is a spa resort, you have to pay for bottled water in your room.

    7YoanaPosted on: 7-20-2025

There is enough space for everything. The facilities are located very good. The rooms are spacious. There is a coffee machine and everything you need in them. The SPA is perfect. Everything is very clean. The staff is very helpful. The animation is very good. The kids loved it.

The food. The ratio food - price is not equal. You can't pay 30€ per person and order drinking water on a side. It's acceptable to pay for drink like alcohol and juices, but for water....It's basic. The fee for the kids...24 € for dinner...When the kid is 6 or 8 years old is too much. Maybe there have to be some chart like 0-7 and 7-14.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at King’s Valley Medical & Spa Hotel, and we can confidently say—it’s our absolute favorite hotel now! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious. The outdoor pools are stunning, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We especially loved the thermal pools and the swim-up bar—the cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was pure vacation bliss. The restaurants on-site are fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. Every meal felt special, whether it was a relaxed lunch by the pool or a cozy dinner indoors. The staff were exceptional—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome and taken care of.Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with every comfort you could ask for. The attention to detail made it feel like a true five-star experience. And of course, we can’t forget the spa facilities—absolutely world-class! The variety of spa procedures and treatments available is impressive, and everything from the massages to the wellness therapies left us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. We will definitely be back and highly recommend King’s Valley to anyone looking for the perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and top-notch service.

Great spot for a mini vacation. Many activities for kids and families. We had such a good one stay, we booked two nights to spend a day between the 12 hour drive from Greece to home.

Price is a little high…but worth it in the end because everyone on the family enjoyed it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful short stay!I spent one night at Kings’ Valley Medical & Spa and loved every moment. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the spa area was exactly what I needed to relax. The food was fresh and tasty too. I only wish I could have stayed longer — I’ll definitely come back!
