The hotel is located near the beach and the promenade of Balchik. It has a nice view.

Although the hotel was almost empty, they gave us a room on the top floor, wich made it mandatory to leave the air conditioner on at all times.But the room had a nice view.It is a problem about the parking, because the hotel has no parking available.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the restaurants and the seafront promenade. We definitely recommend staying here!

Close to the water, decent, clean, working amenities.

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. However, our neighbors were smoking not only on the balcony, "infecting" our room due to the open balcony, but also in their room (one came out as we were locking our door, and their room seemed like in a cloud - not to mention the smell). The clerk seemed shocked, but it felt to me it was more about me complaining than about people actually smoking. The hotel is also behind another hotel which borders the promenade. While 5 min walk around it to reach the beach, it feels inside a "cement park" rather than by the beach. The sea views are partial, and the actual beach is about 15+ min walk. But then, none of these should be surprises if you pay attention to the listing.

They have kind of a late check-in (3pm), but when we arrived they still didn’t have the sheets ready for the bed. Bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied from the previous guest.

Location, comfortable, easy acces

Very friendly, helpful receptionist, accommodated us despite our arriving one day earlier than booked, gave us a better room than the one we reserved. Location is excellent, short walk to the beachfront and restaurants. A/C is very good, but an antiquated system is used requiring insertion of the room key fob into a slot into a fixture on the wall at the door to turn on power to the room; rather difficult to lock the door inside after dark without a cell phone with flashlight.

We were notified in advanced there was no hotel parking, so we dealt with that accordingly. A little patience will usually yield a free parking spot. The electrical outlets above the nightstands were dead, requiring us to constantly switch between the water boiler, phone charger, and laptop charger. The caulking on the shower door base has become ineffective, and water leaks onto the floor outside of the shower. The shower floor has algae and mold that detract from the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. Room maintenance is minimal, I had to request replenishment of the shower soap dispenser which became empty on our second day. We had to use one of the hand towels as a bathroom floor mat to absorb the water leaking from the shower base. The phone in the room is non-functional.

Location!

There is no parking place and the nearest private parking is more expensive than the public parking (that was full). Also, there is no lift and you can hear everything from the other rooms.

The location is 100m from the harbor which is a blessing (but also a curse). There was a decent view to the water.

Parking was rather difficult. The hotel does not have its own parking. The room was too hot when we arrived - the A/C doesn't work without the room key inserted. It was a huge room with very little furniture. The balcony furniture was quite decrepit - I didn't want to sit on it for fear of breaking it. There was no breakfast. The nearby disco was booming music quite loudly late into the night. The shower overflowed into the rest of the bathroom and did not drain well.

The hotel location is perfect, there is a small parking which we did not use, but next to the hotel there is free public parking.The hotel is next to a promenade and lots of restaurants. Also, if you plan to visit the Palace and the Botanical Garden, it is a 25-minute walk. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We found a strange creature in our room and definitely this was a bad experience. We told the lady, and obviously, they were aware that the hotel needed to take measures against bugs and cockroaches.

Great stay once again. The room and the main areas were very, very clean. Noticed some nice improvements in the bathrooms and rooms too - new faucets, sink and new mattresses. Very comfortable sleep, quiet room. Our room was with beautiful sea view too. The location is great - one minute from the beach and the seaside walk alley with all the restaurants and shops, no noise in the room. The staff was as usual very helpful and kind. Thank you and see you again!
