Close Beach. Good and varied Breakfast.Great pool at the room, and great position. A lot of shade all day.Heated pool at the room.ATM inside the hotel with no extra charge.

Bigger umbrellas on the beach.You have to move all day to be able to stay in the shade.The Hotel may need a little bit of renovation. Not a lot but some traces of wear start to show.

Excellent services as every year. We came back for the 4th year and for sure we will repeat next year. It's the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation with children. Good and healthy food, very clean, best facilities.Thank you!

Nice hotel, good room, good size, clean, smartly designed. Very comfortable beds and pillows.Breakfast was great. Big bathroom, both bathtub and shower, 2 sinks in the bathroom. Nice pools, but not heated.

Very geared towards children, nothing for adults, no game room, no entertainment for adults, nothing. Also has an aqua park in front of hotel, so not quiet during the day.Reception was awkward as it is sitting, took quite a bit to get checked in, when checking out we were not asked about parking so we had to come back and pay it.

Clean and big rooms, we have an amazing view of the sea, excellent breakfast, location right on the beach

Beautiful view! Large room. Very large bathroom with shower and separated a bath tube, 2 sinks, clean towels. Larga balcony. Coffee maker and water heater available with a selection of coffee and tea. Large beds with clean sheets. Air conditioner. 2 TV sets - 1 in the room and a smaller one in the bathroom. The minibar was freeThe restaurant large and clean and very tasteful and diverse food(including vegan or diet food) . Plenty of sweets and the best Gallia Melon ever tasted. You could not have lunch in the main restaurant, but there was a restaurant a la carte, with very good dishes. The drinks were not included, but water and tea and juice(only at breakfast).Pools were good(2 for children, 1 for adults).Beach access was possible. First two rows extra costs., from third road they were free(a hotel and a room were to be provided). Very close to the beach. Free spa and gym.We liked it here. Very good for family with plenty activities in the evening and very friendly and helpful staff.Parking available, and costs 20 Leva(BGN) for 24 hours (18:00 is the end of each day).

A single problem. We had some minutes without electricity(the entire area I believe). This is always unpleasant. But the water was still running and it was still warm. So, anything else, not available. It was quickly solved, but unpleasant until that moment.

We LOVED our hotel! Nicest in Albena. Gorgeously updated/decorated - lobby is huge - rooms are huge - amazing views & facility! Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast buffet staff…they were eager to get us coffee and keep up with/our finished plates. Food was great and huge assortment! The area around Albena is super safe and family friendly - lots of families with young children and retirees. We loved everything about our stay!!! 10/10!!!

A very good hotel!

The water in the indoor pool had a strong smell of iron, coming from the water and not from the steel lining of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool should be heated.

Very clean beach. The hotel is high level with all facilities.

The meals cooked weren't tasty and delicious.

Modern, close to the sea, very clean. It’s perfect for families coming to Albena to relax.

Food was exceptional, location was perfect.

Room bathroom was cleaned on the 4th day after I complained. Similar story in the restaurant where floor was not cleaned during our entire stay (we dropped an olive on our first day that was there until we left 6 days later). Beach umbrellas were informally being reserved by the person who was supposed to manage them even though he claimed few times umbrellas were not reservable.

Definitely not a 5* hotel but probably the best of the whole resort facility.

Old Soviet seaside resort. Too crowded. I think we paid way more than the other cheap tourists staying there with tour operators. The quality of the food is also very low.

Location, the big room, breakfast, the beach.

Hotel is great, perfect for kids. Pools are right infront and after them is the beach. Restourant, where you order from menu, is also great.

More water would be nice. Even if it is in the mini-bar.

It is the 5th time we come to Maritim and we come for the quiet relaxed everything. Beach is perfect, not crowded, clean, clean nice water, great staff. Breakfast very diverse and good. Rooms are always nice, this year we received an upgrade instead of a double we received a studio with sea view which is the best.

Location, luxory, elegance, wonderful rich breakfast, kids' activities, pools, waterpark, shows and entertainment

You could take and return towels only for 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoonPools water temperature a bit too low

We asked several times for clothes dryer, but we didn't get any.

I asked for a quite room and guess what: we got a room in front of the swimming pool where everyday there were hundreds of kids screaming

The rooms are clean and the food is very good

We were here for the 4th time, and nothing changed except the price.. Not even the pool towels. They are almost falling apart. Management needs to start fixing stuff. The walls in the rooms are dirty, and some bathroom appliances need to be changed.
