White Rock Castle Hotel & Wellness Club

We had a nice stay at White Rock Castle Suite! We had a room upgrade which we are grateful for, the breakfast was good, room really nice. It was clean and we also went to the fitness and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the pool. The hotel is right next to Mary's Castle.

If you want to get to the beach, you'll need to take a 20 min walk down the hill - this is just FIY.

I liked that the room was prepared earlier and we were able to check in 2h in advance. The room was all clean and tidy. The location is good as it is close to the promenade area. Also breakfast buffee is very convenient with multiple options to choose, some drinks also included.

The clean up service was a bit poor. When we placed the clean up sign, the cleaning lady just changed the towels and did not clean the bathroom, not even left some toilet paper so we had to provide it ourselves. Next day she changed the bedsheets as well but the bathroom was not cleaned.

The location is excellent, very close to Queen Mary Palace and also quite close to the beach.The breakfast was very good . We used the pool almost every day , with nice clean water.The staff is very friendly and helpful , definitely will come back for another stay in the future.

Very quiet rooms facing the courtyard. Covered parking right behind the hotel. Close to the botanical garden. Great staff.

The room was clean and looked exactly like in the photos. We were really impressed with how beautifully everything was arranged. A special mention goes to the lovely lady at the spa – she was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a great experience overall!

we were quite disappointed with several aspects of our stay. The breakfast was very poor, with very few options and low-quality food. Although it was supposed to be available from 8:00 to 10:00, by 9:00 most of the food was gone and nothing was refilled. There were often no cutlery or basic items left, and even when we asked the staff, we didn’t receive what we needed.Housekeeping was also below expectations. During our 5-day stay, the room was never properly cleaned – they only changed the towels and toilet paper.The pool, which was advertised, was just an empty basin with no water, and we couldn’t access the gym even though it was supposed to be free.

-breakfast is not like in the pictures on Booking, we were given a plate with a set menu, very poor, and there was also a plate with a few slices of orange, banana and a grape broken into small pieces that all the tourists who were eating breakfast were taking from - my son opened one of the boxes with lids that were on a table next to the plates with a set menu, he saw that there was some pasta with cheese in the box, he wanted to take some of that pasta to put on his plate, the gentleman who coordinated the restaurant started shouting at my son not to take any of the pasta because it was left in that box from yesterday, so the restaurant staff had not cleaned the boxes of the old food left from yesterday- The person who served at the restaurant smoked inside

The poor breakfast

Price was good, end of season so place was empty. In fact, the whole town was empty. Staff were good.

The hotel, and whole town should trim their bushes, cut their grass. Even at the end of season, the town should not look deserted.

Rooms are very spacious, the bed is confortable, interiors are beautifully decorated, the sea view was nice.

The floors where dusty, bedroom walls where chipping from water infiltration and the chips falls on the bed and pillow, only forks, spoons and glasess in the suite kitchenette, very basic breakfast, unusable wifi, acces to spa jacuzzi and sauna is not included in suite price and was informed only after check in.

- rooms need to be painted and furniture need to be changed or repaired. They look old and degraded.- the windows must be fixed. They are not working good.

The location is excellent, close to the entrance of the botanical garden. The staff is friendly and multilingual. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the option to choose one with a sea view, where the sunrise are great. The pool is generously sized, and the spa center offers a wide range of services.

The hotel is near the botanical garden. The room was large. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a parking.

The balcony wasn't clean but this was addressed by the staff after we talked to the receptionist.

The location was good and fact that you could park the car in the garage. Room size was good.

The amenities quite old: the swimming pool. Not much to do… no open bar, plastic chairs etcBreakfast was average to decent. Enough for a weekend getaway but not for longer period.

Parking is an issue though it is adverted free , I had to pay 10 euros / day There is a parking lot in the back of the hotel but it is not easy to find it amd even harder to get there by feet from the loby Staff is far from beeing friendly and polite, we had to get the sheet for the third person by ourselves I cannot reccomend this acommodation , you pay a lot for very poor services

The Location is very good

Always we haven’t place for the car, the room and the bathroom was not clean enough, the towels smelled awful, steamed, like they hadn't been washed. The pillow had become pieces of cotton wool, it was impossible to sleep. The sheets also smelled bad, like they had been steamed. Very disappointing.

It was very clean, staff were helpful and selection of tv channels were excellent for foreign tourist and locals.

Internet was awful.

I liked the location, it is very close to the botanical garden and some restaurants. Also the waiters are kind and the swimming pool is excellent. They are also nice with stray animals, cats and dogs, which are allowed on the terrace, thing which I personally find it very good. In the room was also a perfect silence during the night, no noise was heard by us, which was good.

The fact that the reception ladies were not so willing to help. If you have issues, try discussing them with the man. He is willing to help. I also believe that the music in the restaurant area could be improved. You simply only listen house music from breakfast to dinner. As for the food, the breakfast is by far the best, lunch and dinner should be improved. No fish (although located at the sea), no pork, just some chicken, I almost felt myself vegetarian, and I am not a meat eater not even at home. For men this must be particularly disturbing as they deserve a bit more protein.
