- Breakfast was amazing true to description when booking even thi I'm vegetarian I still enjoyed it absolutely fab n the staff wer amazing n so friendly n tried there way if communicating with me as I spoke English n they didn't not so well but still got thru me so great
- The room was decent, but it definitely had that vintage charm. That vibe extended to the whole complex. And hey, they've got a pool! We haven't had the chance to take a dip, but they made sure to clean it every morning, which is a nice touch. Plus, there's a billiard table and a ping pong table for some extra fun. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy. Same for the dinner. The coffee was a bit of a letdown - it ran out of milk and just spurted hot water. They had a bunch of tea bags to choose from, though. The ladies working there were super nice and attentive.
- Lovely hotel, good for 3, terasse was pleasant, nice vue on the garden! I liked the room was very clean, new furniture
Cons -
- I can't fault it really my room was great view with balcony n sea view n facilities in room wer great fridge kettle drinks I cud have anytime n room cleaned everyday n cleaner was so pleasant n friendly so yes loved it
- The room had this weird (not in a good way) smell, probably from the plumbing. The bathroom and shower could definitely use a little makeover.
- Location was not exactely what I expected!

It was clean.
1.People at the reception really did not care or try to help us somehow with our needs, which was a huge negative for me.2. Breakfast was really mediocre, not to mention that the cheese was just breaking apart like plastic.3. The old AC in the room was making really loud noise during the night ,for which sleeping was extremely hard. 4. Door to the bathroom couldnt be locked.5. I was happy we got a room with balcony ,but that was immediately ruined when I saw that the fan for the AC is mounted right in the balcony ,it takes the space and also you are forced to sit next to it ,which just blows hot air towards you.6. For one night stay, the hotel is bearable, but for more days , you just feel like you did a mistake.7.Its also quite far from the central beach. Any other little beaches nearby are mostly rocky with little to no sand. 8. The Fridge did not workAs a conclusion:When I arrived I very fast started realising that this hotel really does not care about their guests.
The location was good!
The breakfast was not bad, it was outrageous. There was pizza from dinner, some sweets, some tomatoes and cucumbers, rancid salami...horrible...
The only positive thing was the location
There were too many things that were poor. Occasionally there was no hot/warm water, the room was not even near the pictures, it was dirty and old, the smell in the room was bad, the bed sheets had yellow spots. For 5 day stay they cleaned the room only once (it was provoked by me because i asked the manager) , we didnt even had hanger on the balcony for the wet towels and clothes. In conclusion the property is awful, definitely not recommended! It is old, for that money you could find a lot better places. Also something which frustrated me was that in my home country I was not able to find someone from the staff of the property that speaks Bulgarian
Easy acces to road Markets At 3 minutes Nice roomLOVE the music from the hotel
We booked half Board variant( breakfast and diner) But because dont was Any tourists, At the restaurant was not organised a sewdish boufet, like it Say on site and the chef was prepared something like he thought for dinner not Funny when you are vegetarian and the waiter arrive At you with some meat Verry far from the sea Chiliene swimming pool was not working
The pool was very nice, I loved the garden, really green. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious, a lot of space at the parking lot which was really great. The view was breathtaking, from the garden, from the pool, from the balcony, you can see the mountains of Balchik, the forest, was absolutely amazing.
Some of the stuff wasnt speaking English really good, we used google translate. We booked a double room and an apartment which unfortunately were in different buildings, but that was somehow understandable. In the apartament the air conditioning wasnt having a remote, which we got after we spoke at the reception. There were some spider webs The shower curtain fell off (but was replace the next day). The small pool wasnt functional.
Only kitchen staff and the dogs in the yard.
All listed facilities were missing (2 pools: one was disgusting and one had no water in it; fitness, spa, massage - all unavailable, billiards and table tennis - no balls for either game). The bathroom was a HEALTH HAZARD with mold everywhere, fixtures were broken and dirty, cold water was on the hot water button and the other way around, the shower curtain was barely hanging by some improvised system. The restaurant area had a cheap coffee machine, and an unusable, MOLDY WATER DISPENSER. Fridge in the room was broken, they changed it al least. Terrible hotel with dismissive staff. When I asked them for compensation for all unavailable features and dirty bathroom, they offered me a piece of candy as compensation. NOTHING LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURES!
The only redeeming aspect of our accommodation was the daily housekeeping service. The fact that they performed cleaning duties regularly was commendable, but unfortunately, it was not enough to compensate for the hotel's numerous shortcomings.
I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at Hotel Naslada during my visit to Bulgaria, and I must say that it was an extremely disappointing experience. It is with great candor that I share this negative review to provide an accurate account of my stay.To begin with, the rooms at Hotel Naslada were exceptionally outdated, leaving much to be desired in terms of comfort and aesthetics. The photographs presented on booking websites were highly misleading, as they failed to accurately portray the true state of the rooms. The furniture appeared worn-out, and the beds were far from comfortable, contributing to an overall lackluster ambiance.Adding to my dissatisfaction was the persistent issue of our room's entrance door vibrating and producing noise whenever another door along the hallway was opened. This constant tremor was not only bothersome but also disrupted our peace and privacy. Moreover, the bathroom proved to be an additional source of disappointment. Not only did it exhibit an unpleasant odor that permeated the space, but it also lacked proper cleanliness and maintenance. This further exacerbated the already unsatisfactory experience.Communication with the hotel staff was a significant challenge as well. Despite the hotel's location in a popular tourist destination, the personnel displayed a noticeable lack of proficiency in English. This language barrier made even the most basic requests and inquiries incredibly difficult to convey, adding to the frustration of our stay.Considering the overall condition of the hotel and the inadequate services provided, I firmly believe that Hotel Naslada should not be rated higher than a single star. The lack of effort to update the facilities, the persistent issues with noise and vibrations from nearby doors, and the unpleasant bathroom odor, all contribute to an overwhelmingly negative experience. In conclusion, I deeply regret choosing Hotel Naslada for my stay in Bulgaria.
I dont recommend
Room was very smelly, bugs, mold on the ceiling, bathroom was old and rusty, bed was horrible.
Parking spots. Good breakfast. 10 mins to the sea, we used the stairs from another hotel across the street.
Strong smell of mold in the rooms. Outdated bathrooms. We found bugs crolling around the bed during the night, which made my sleep impossible (photo of bug in attachment). I understand the hotel is good value for money, but smell of mold and bugs in the room are unaceptable).
The location is very convenient, close to the beach. The staff is very polite. I am very grateful to Natali, she is always open and ready to help and advise.
Breakfast OK, premises nice, rooms a bit minimal but for that low price (90 EUR/per night for their best room incl. breakfast) I cannot complain.
Balchik in general is a bit cheap, although nice. Many young families on a budget. eg, you will not find top restaurants.
Nice pool, helpful staff, value for the money.
Breakfast was teastles, very cheap option. The room doors are way too thin.No room service during the 3 days stay.
pool and amenities
was told coffee is free, but for some reason on 3rd day, i was asked to pay, no problem with that(even though the previous day was offered free coffee), but they dont take card payments(quite strange for a 3star hotel, wich makes me think someone was trying to make a buck on the side) apart from this all good. and housekeeping comes into your room without asking
The lady that worked at reception the first day was very polite and the location isn't far from the famous spots in town.
The moment we entered the hotel we were met with a very unpleasant smell. The smell in the room though was just 10 times worse. We aired out for the entire afternoon and it still stayed. We asked if we could change rooms and were told that would be possible in the morning. In the morning we were told that even if we moved, the other room would still smell like it and it was because the hotel was painted a couple of days ago. That was not the smell of wall color, it smelled like something rotten and awful. The bed covers smelled old (but the sheets were freshly washed), 2 lamps weren't working properly and the shower wasn't clean. The smell stayed for the entirety of our stay. I would not recommend staying there.
Good breakfast. Nice location if you don't mind walking a bit
More signs guiding to the reception. I lost myself three times :))
the hospitality was nice and the pool was perfect.
the room needs some improvements.
Quiet, very good location close to restaurants, palace, botanical garden, parking, OK furniture in the room.
Small bathroom, basic breakfast food. However, on the whole, the quality-price ratio is very convenient. The staff is very kind and attentive.
