Cheap for it's price it was what you would expect, bathrooms are new and clean, bed was comfy

They said we can check in 30 min earlier but there was nobody at reception, had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up

The receptionist was great and waited for us to come even though we arrived at 1:20.

In the room there were spider webs, old smashed spiders, and it was weird a bit.

Loved the size of the room and the balcony, as well as the location. Absolutely adored the lady receptionist who also speaks Romanian. She knows hospitality! Keep her and keep her happy, she's an asset. Also, the restaurant is amazing, exceptional service and great food...and it looks superb!Housekeeping... does not really do a good job, sorry to mention this. My room got properly cleaned once per week and I always had to go to reception asking for toilet paper and a change of towels... Maybe it's a communication issue, the girls only spoke Bulgarian and Russian?! I mean, they're nice and everything, but I ended up cleaning stuff myself :)) The hotel needs to implement "please clean my room"/"do not disturb" door signs.Overall, I was VERY happy with the hotel, personell and my stay. Will be coming back for sure (and this is my 2nd time here).Thank you all!!!

My stay at Hotel Izvora in Kranevo was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and I loved waking up to the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel's surroundings.The hotel's restaurant was a definite highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of local Bulgarian dishes that I really enjoyed trying. The pool area was also a perfect spot to relax and cool off on a hot day.What I appreciated most was the convenient location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful Kranevo beach, and it was easy to get to nearby attractions. Overall, the combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a wonderful location made for a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend Hotel Izvora to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kranevo.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the quiet location—perfect for relaxing. It's also excellent value for money, especially considering the level of cleanliness and service. Great restaurant with live music on the evenings.I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only downsides were the mattress and pillow, which weren’t very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak (not for videos). However, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.

The complex is build in a traditional Bulgarian style, with an interior and exterior to match the era and a beautiful garden restaurant.The room was clean and spacious, it had a balcony with chairs and a table. The location is both exactly on the main street of Kranevo and very close to the beach (only a 10 minute walk)! Parking is included.

The hotel also has a restaurant, but breakfast was not available. The restaurant in question is right below the rooms and it can get noisy in the night. Expect noise from the street outside as well, as it's the main and busiest street in town.

Comfortable bed, nice room very clean, perfect location to walk to Black sea ice arena for the ice hockey tournament.

There was a nasty smell in the bathroom, may be because its early season and not many people have stayed. The toilet seat did not fit properly (this is not to Izvora's normal standard). They needed more staff in the restaurant. again low season.

The staff was very friendly, they helped us with parking. The room seems to be partially renovated and it was decent for one night.

The sink was leaking and had some rust, the toilet seat cover did not fit. Also, our balcony was shared with another room which seemed weird, we had to pull the blinds all time.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bad and snow-white bed linen.The air conditioner cooled the room quickly enough, and the temperature became comfortable.Lovely food in restaurant.

Very small refrigerator. There is no electric kettle, and there is no drinking water in the room. It is impossible to make tea or coffee. Unfortunately, breakfast is not served in the restaurant.Neighbors who smoke cause inconvenience, making it impossible to open the doors to the balcony. I think it is important to create a non-smoking area for guests.

Really happy with our stay! It was affordable, but also great quality. The receptionist was extremely helpful and really friendly, she was very attentive and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The room was well equipped and it had a lovely balcony.

No bin in the room or outside the terrace

Staff couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was good.On site restaurant was great and their garden was lovely to sit in and have a few drinks.

The concept of the hotel is very nice. It was built in the traditional Bulgarian style with a lovely interior garden, traditional accents and classic rooms.The linen and towels were clean the AC was new. But....

I am sure the hotel was great when it was new. It is very dirty and outdated, the reception staff is almost inexistent, the rooms are very outdated and dirty and the bathrooms are covered in layers of dirt. They need deep cleaning an maintenance.

Before covid the breakfasts were much better and included in the price of accommodation!!! Last year and now I preferred buying banica and kashkavalka with ayran in the close fastfood in the morning. :-)

I simply love Izvora. That is all.

Lovely bulgarian restaurant downstairs,good value for money,clean and tidy .

Very polite staff and always ready to help.The room was clean, quiet and thanks to the air conditioner always cool. The beds were comfortable. Everyday during our stay the room was cleaned and kept in perfect shape.The hotel is close to the beach, has enough parking places and the restaurant offers an outstanding and great variety of foods and drinks.

Fantastic place to stay, Amazing restaurant beautifly landscaped. Large comfortable room friendly staff.quiet location but still close to everything.

Parking could be a little tight in high season.
