Victoria Family Hotel

The food was delicious, the room was very clean, the host is very very kind and helpfull. They know a little bit roumanian, so that was a big surprise.

The sound from the street is a little bit to loud, but only in weekend ... but if you sleep with the window closed, everything is ok.

The staff were as kind as they can get, the breakfast was fair, not too good not bad. The room îs rather small with a even smaller bathroom. I liked that if you asked for something, they will bring you. For exemple i asked for some warm milk, the woman there run to the store to buy it. They cleanliness was good, they came to clean and to change our towels daily. The office person was celebrating his birthday and he gave us candy... etc.

When I made the reservation I paid the equivalent of 90 euro ( 400 ron) extra for a balcony (i love drinking my morning cofee în the morning on the balcony) and a "sea view" for which the room was advertised. You can see în the pictures that the sea view is actually a road view. Also the balcony is the smallest I've ever seen without even a normal chair. I feel ripped off by this false advertising. We could get easily 2-3 meals în the city with those money spent.

The room was too small and there was no shower cubicle or curtain, just the shower head.The restaurant served good but small portions at high prices, this being true for all the restaurants we went to in Balchik.

Everything exceeded our expectations, from the hosts who were very welcoming, kind and always looking to make our stay the best experience ever, we also stayed with Bailey, our furry child, who was also very welcomed. The breakfast was diverse and fresh, great coffee and the dinner was always good and tasty, big portions including local and international dishes. We definitely we’ll be coming back!

Impeccable! You feel at home, the owners are very kind, friendly, responsive and eager to make you feel good. It is very clean and the conditions are very good. The restaurant has very good food and portions like at mom's home. Fair prices for the services offered and an attitude denoting kindness and professionalism. A very nice experience. ♡◇☆ Hospitality and very smiling staff, they speak Romanian and English. Very close to the beach, the Castle of Queen Mary and the Botanical Garden. ✌??? We will be back. I highly recommend!

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the touristic center on a quiet street, far enough so that you are not bothered from the constant buzz of restaurants and bars. The room is equipped with basic things that you might need.

The property advertises that it has a parking lot. It is true, unfortunately once you get your car in, you can't get it out because they block it with other cars. For this you have to pay 20 leva. If you don't want to use it, you have to find a place yourself which can be hard during high season.Breakfast is super basic and if you are late half of the things are gone.

The staff is very very nice and friendly and they gave us a lot of information and directions.Madam Victoria is an excellent cook, her meals were very delicious, for someone who is looking for food cooked just like home, this is the perfect place! My compliments to Madam Victoria, she is also a very nice and warm lady!The hotel is very close to the sea and there are a lot of shops around.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, a bit different everyday. Very prompt service. The room was clean. The location is quite good, is right next to the marina, nice walk up to the castle.We had the balcony toward the backyard, very quiet, I understood from my friends that the room facing the street are a bit more noisy.

I didn't pay attention to the bathrooms. The shower has only a shower head in the wall and a drain in the floor. So, bring plastic slippers, eventually two pairs:)

Staff, Location and the general ambience were all terrific. The family are a credit to there business and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until you leave. Good breakfast too.

Hotel near the sea, cozy and clean and with green areas. Very good breakfast, made on site, they serve lunch and dinner, great and made on site as well; very nice people, made us feel very welcomed, we had a wonderful time. We warmly recommend it. Multumim Danut! Thank you lady Victoria! A & K

Perfect location, close to the seafront, beach and Regina Maria castle.The fridge in the room was the best so far, nothing can be better than very cold refreshments in a very hot day.Nice family atmosphere.

We were a little bit confused about the parking, due to the new parking policy of the Balcic municipality, but we found out quickly that there are plenty of public parking places (paid, of course).

We had a very nice stay at this family hotel. The friendly owners warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable time. This hotel is also biker friendly :)

Nothing a tall, Terrible hotel know hot water for two days, Mother and son run the place,I would not advise anyone to stay there, Me and my partner moved out after two days, The worst place I have ever stayed,

Everything was over priced,I don't have a good word to say about the place.

Clean,cosy,good food,very nice people

The shower,needs a basin and a shower curtain. Otherwise,all gets wet. Also,the bed linens not so much to my taste.

Food was ok. Did not think the food was good value when I was informed evening meal was 40 lev. Basic chicken and fries with a bit of salad and a small dessert.
