Family Hotel Jupiter

The hotel was very close to the beach (Makai beach), a 2 minutes walk. They have a small garden with a pool and you could serve your coffee/breakfast outside.

The shower was installed right next to the toilet and every time you used it, the toilet got wet. This setup was quite inconvenient and unpleasant.

The breakfast was nice. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. There was air conditioner in the room and it was a very efficient one. Also there were mosquito nets on the balcony door.

It would have been good to have some more info on the parking situation (which app to install etc) before arrival.Small balcony, very close to the next room, only 2 chairs and a small table, it wasn't possible to use it, except for drying our clothes.

The room was very big, we loved the pool and the fact that the hotel is very close to the beach.

The reception employees don't speak English at all and was difficult to communicate with them. They didn't provide shower gel every day in the room, so we had to go and ask for it every time (actually one day I had to mime taking a shower, because they didn't understand).

the hotel is nice and clean.the rooms were huge. the location is 2 mins away from the sea and seaside restaurants.

in our room there was no ventilation in the bathroom.the wifi signal didnt reach our room at all.the balcony door didn't close properly.

The location was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The booking mentioned that free parking for the guest would be available, however, that was not the case. In fact, the hotel didn't even have any idea that we had a room reserved through booking.com. The staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. The room didn't have the basic necessities in it. The TV reception was like we had time traveled to the '80s and was grainy with bad audio. Breakfast was dry and stale. The bathroom lock was rusted and not working. so were the trash bins. cleanliness was the bare minimum. The bathroom was so poorly designed that you could barely stand in it. Also once the bathroom is wet, it stays wet for the next 24 hrs or more. The hotel didn't have hot water as well.

A really comfortable place, close to Nomad Beach and Balchik promenade. Clean rooms and good food. Good price for quality.

Not so many options for vegetarians at breakfast.

they advertise as free parking, but no chances to get a parking spot as it’s full of cars parked.worst breakfast I ever ate.

The hotel location is very attractive, you are very close to the seaside and you can easily take a walk whenever you want. The hotel looks very cool outside, you have spaces to play board games, and to take a coffee on the balcony or in the yard.

The bedding room was not clear, full of stuff and they were full of lint and hair. Fortunately, the hotel staff solved our problem quickly, and it looked great after. There was some smell that came from the bathroom drain as well and was a bit annoying. Also, the rooms were not completely clean so there was plenty of mold on the walls close to the window.
