Selena Hotel

The hotel is on the main sea broadwalk where are all the nice restaurants and shops. It overlooks the harbor and our room had a sea view. The staff was very friendly, and the property manager was just fantastic!! The only little issue is that the hotel does not have its own parking. You have to park in the Blue zone, and sometimes these spots go fast.

Parking can be a hustle during peak season

Nice location, sea view, helpful staff, spacious room and extremely big bed.

The carpets are worn out and not very clean and there is a slight unpleasant odour.

The location is perfect, in front of the seaside

It wasn’t clean, and it had a lot of ruined things, some of the curtains were hanging by pins, the mattress was stained and in the bathroom many spots were not cleaned. Moreover if you stay during winter you should know that they do not have heating, just AC that they turn on 26-27 degrees but it is still cold.

Incredibile view from the balcon, very comfy beds, great restaurant in front of the hotel, welcoming, friendly and very helpful receptionist. Definitely recommend!

Everything in the hotel was great. It was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and location is amazing. The central beach is couple of minutes walk and all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Overall brilliant!

Location and staff.

There was not breakfast neither parking what was announced on the net. Everything is very ordinary, cheap. Mattresses old, dirty chair etc. Extremely overpriced hotel. The maximum is 60 lev, but the price is 150!!!!!

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. The rooms was spacious. I would for sure stay there again if I travel to Balchik.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! In fact, the woman in charge of booking drove me to the bus terminal!The room was fine and the balcony adequate. It's located in the central part of town on the promenade.

Definitely value for money. The staff was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The parking is not free as advertised.. It cost 10Lev for 24hrs.

We stayed at The Selena Hotel in december , very out of season, but the hotel was warm and cosy. We booked a studio room with a kitchenette which had everything we needed, toaster, kettle, microwave,hotplate etc. The room was large and spacious with balcony and we could just see the sea even though we had a "city" view! We ate at the hotel and loved the food,and we looked after by Deedo ,our barman, waiter and tourist guide . Nothing was too much truble.

The weather was bitterly cold!!!! Nothing to do with the Hotel, but it was cold!
