Vita Park Hotel & Aqua Park

The food was varied and tasty, the sea was warm and the beach was wide and comfortable, the room was nice (except the number of hangers as there were only two). The reception manager Beloslava was very helpful and attentive to our needs:)

The room service staff would knock on the door and open it straight away, the absence of a hairdryer in the room, although I received it in two days.

Exceptional staff and management, delicious food, clean room, amazing beach and adrenaline filled aqua park experience!Pristine tennis facilities, everything was top notch, highly recommended!

Nothing to say really

The food was prepared well, lots of variety and taking care of the people there.

The cleanliness of the room. No one changed the towels and bedding at all during our stay and didn’t had any soap from day1. Each day just got new toilet paper and that’s all. The staff was polite however can tell they weren’t really confident at their roles.

Another wonderful Summer at the Vita Park Hotel… We were just returned from our second stay at the Vita Park Hotel. From the minute we arrived we were looked after by amazing staff who couldn’t do enough to help us.We saw a lot of the same face on the staff team from last year. Reception staff and of course the wonderful management which was lovely. The hotel has a perfect location and close to the beach , water park, and city centre. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our towels was changed every day and room was cleaned very well. Quality and variety of food served was excellent and very much appreciated.The staff also super friendly at restaurant.The staff are outstanding and were fantastic, starting with the general hotel manager who is an excellent example of how a manager should be. Our holiday was very special this summer, never wished better .Many thanks and thank you for having us.

I enjoyed the food and drinks, the facilities. This hotel is very suitable for families with children.

Bad

The property is not as described, super dirty rooms , food disaster, fortunately they have a good and nice manager Mrs Jordan , that help us and our holiday was not that bad as it starts! To be honest i will not recommend.

We was for the second time at this hotel and everything was perfect. People who complain about food are those who eat 10 courses at a table with a whole basket of bread and the next day they ask why it's the same. All the staff are extremely kind and communicative starting with the reception and ending with the manager who is always willing to help you if something comes up.

The only minus I can see would be the price of the cameras which has increased quite a bit in recent years. But it is not a singular case.

Everything is was perfect , we should stay more… Hotel Manager he was absolutely helpful and very kind all the time. I really appreciated Hotel Manager and Hotel Staff as well. Definitely we will come back, can’t wait again spend our time in Vita Park Hotel with great people! Thank you so much everything, you are all stars??

Not that many options for food, not so fresh, no bar at the pool, very poor restaurant at the bar. Cheap and not so many options for drinks

Very welcoming staff with good explanations. Very good value for all inclusive, considering its price.

Not a con for this hotel, but Albena in general has a lot of bugs. If you come to Albena, be prepared, and have an anti-bug spray for your body!

You have to pay for drinks at the beach, only beer was included in the all inclusive at the beach.

Very poor

Not a very good experience for us, dirty, staf very sad, coffee machine very busy and not clean regularly, food not divers, just chips, chicken, at the beach it is a restaurant, that one is clean, is much better. This is the last time when I will go to Bulgaria.

It was all worth it for the seaside. We paid a low price, but it that didn't justify the downsides, as it is still a 3 star hotel. The sea and the beach were amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony pleasant. Luckily we had a insect screen which was appreciated. There was always fruit and something sweet to eat at the buffet.

There was no cleaning during our 4-night stay, the cleaning staff just took out the garbage and we had to ask twice for our towels to get changed. The room was dirty when we arrived. I walked with socks on the floor, and I picked up hair and tons of dust on them.The air conditioning was moldy and dusty, and there was also mold in the shower. The wall in the corner of the room was damaged by water, likely from the upper floor. The hotel is quite old. We had indigestion from the buffet, most likely the salad. The food wasn't varied, was not very tasty, it was often reheated and displayed for days in a row.Out of 4 coffee machines, only one worked, and you had to stay in line to get coffee for 15 minutes. The juice and soda machines were often broken.Sometimes, you had to wait to get plates and cutlery, as there were too many people, and few staff and plates and cutlery.The staff was outnumbered by far. The reception girls were unpleasant.The snack bar was far, at another hotel. There was no bar at the pool, you had to go to the reception bar to get drinks at the pool.The aqua park is not as close as advertised, you have to walk 2 streets to get there.The pool had no entertainment and no music, and you can cut yourself on the mosaic tiles because they keep chipping.Far from the sea, and the free bus shuttles only circulate during 9am-5pm. Nobody wore masks. Absolutely nobody.

Disappointing. Expectations for the price of the service did not come true. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff completely inexperienced and inadequate. The food is terrible. The cleanliness is terrible.

The room wasn't cleaned, we have to ask 4 times after the check in to send someone to clean the room. The food was almost the same every day, and there was a lot of noise because of 3 or 4 child's football teams that were there. Not the best holiday, I appreciate the lady from the reception that after all the issues she want it to know if everything it's okay now,but all the experience was not so good.

Good place for relaxing and family holiday. Nice hotel and staff ?. Food was excellent, service, quality it was on quality. Highly recommended and differently we will wisit again.
