Clean, great staff, close to the beach

Close to the beach and restaurants, parking provided.

Have been here in the past and was satisfied, reason why came back. However, this time the cleaning wasn't done properly - the pillow and toilet seat had hairs on them, bedsheet had some stain and towels had a bad smell.

No smart TV, bad internet quality (not very bad)!

In the last day of our stay no water available in the bathroom.

Everything is great. Clean room, great pool, very friendly staff, close to the beach and restaurants.

The hotel is nice with comfortable beds in a large enough room... Shower /bathroom area is good...WIFI worked OK Its location is good with a 5 minute walk to the sea front via the gate off the swimming pool area....The SPA was very nice and has good value for money massages given by a great masseuse (Ludmilla ??)...The swimming pool is large enough with good quality pool sunbeds.

I myself needed more free channels in the room to watch a certain football match which I had to watch in the breakfast/bar room.Bulgarian Cable TV has different packages with more English speaking channels and more of the Premier League & other international football matches....

The location is very good (3 minutes to the beach), the view to the pool and sea is also nice, the pool was very good, breakfast was also good, we had variety each morning and the kitchen staff was very nice.

Unfortunately what could have been excellent was only good. I do not know if it was only because it was the end of the season, but it was a bit sloppy. There were some discarded towels piled up in the closet (other then the clean ones on the bed, i understood at the check out that maybe the closet was not checked by the cleaning personnel), there was some hair in the shower, the shower cabin had some mold and the bathroom ventilation system was also dirty and there was a heavy smell in the bathroom. Also, the neighborhood cats drink from the pool and there was an animal poop next to the pool that stood there for 2 days.

The pool was nice&clean and it was very close (5min walk)to a little beach.They also have a spring board for kids.

They did not clean the room at all in the 4 days we stayed there. I think they took the garbage once and that was all.The breakfast was ok but a big no for dinner, there were just 2 acceptable choices for dinner and for 2 out of 4 nights the food was not great at all for adults let alone for kids. For both breakfast and dinner you should go in the first 30min to get all choices.I would say do not reserve with dinner included.

Great location, one street behind the restaurants and vibe; modern hotel, comfortable beds ans sparkling clean. We loved the bathroom, AC and our chill terrace towards the hill!

The garden and pool is mainly used by families. There wasn’t coffee in the room.

Overrated, the room was not really clean, and the „cleaning rules“ ( only once in 6 days), beside that only picking up the garbage, was not suficient.

Food in restaurant/terrace is excellent! I stayed out of season, so unfortunately, the restaurant's hours of operation at that time of year were a bit limited.

Clean nice hotel, very close to the sea and promenade. We where the only guests in the whole hotel :).

Roomsize is perfect and they have a good secure parking undergroundeasy to reach by car and not far walking from the main waterfront with the restaurants and bars

breakfast was quite mediocre and only had poor coffee or tea, when I asked for a juice they told me I had to pay extraStaff was not very helpful, the people in the room next to me left the dog behind alone, which then barked for more then 2 hours constantly, and when I complained about this the staff saidf they could/would not do anything about it, they even did not wanted to phone te people to pick up their dog or even said sorry or offered me something else

Everything! It is clean, it is near the beach and the stuff is very friendly.

There is not one thing i can complain.

The room was clean, the pool was kept neat

The hotel is not by the sea as it is presented on booking.com, there is no beach in that area, you have to travel a few kilometers to find one, the food at the hotel was of poor quality and insufficient if you were a little late, the products that were consumed were no longer supplemented with others, linens and towels were changed only once in 8 days,etc.
