Food, spa, room, location - all was great!

Driving with the car through pedestrian area to reach the hotel.

The friendly staff, the wonderful breakfast and its manager, and the beautiful view of the sea from our balcony.

The firm beds seemed narrow and short.

The property was kept very clean, was full of amenities and the views from the room were phenomenal.

Nothing, the stay was very enjoyable.

Big room, comfortable bed, big shower cabinet. Clean room, including the balcony (no spiders or spider webs) and the view over the sea was gorgeous. Helpful and nice staff. For the sun beds be careful to "reserve" one before breakfast, early in the morning, to be sure you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and water until lunch. If no sun beds are available, don't worry, you can request from the reception to give you an access ticket for you to go to the beach nearby, in front of the castle. Please read the Signe at the reception and don't reserve the sun beds all day (even when you go to lunch). Give others the opportunity to enjoy their stay as much as you do. Breakfast was basic.

The staff is very welcoming and happy to help with any issue. The location is great, very quiet, near the castle. I enjoyed the free sunbeds in front of the hotel. I also had the pleasure of getting a very relaxing full body massage. I highly recommend it.

The room was nice with see view. The hotel is near Regina Maria Palace and has a beautiful view. The Mediteranian Room was clean , but some things can be improved ...maybe in the bathroom ...

The breakfast was quite poor...We found in the room 2 -in-1 coffee bags ...It was ok...but for such a nice hotel with this beautiful view, I think that it could have been a little better. ..I mean ...talking about quality ratio..

Good Spa facilities, the location is excellent, the view is fantastic, and the parking was literally in front of the hotel.

They haven't noticed when booking that they will have a party that will literally make our bed shake until midnight. The people working there are not so customer-centric. The breakfast was average at best.

Big apartment, beautiful view

Not so clean - spider webs and spiders in the roomThere was a kitchen in the apartament but nothing to use for cooking - no plates/forks/anything else. Not even enough glasses for 4 persons, only for 2.

The hotel is located on the seafront and the view from the balcony to the sea is beautiful. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is OK.

Nice position of the hotel, just in front of the sea. Nice staff, good cleaning, nice room, large enough. Good price for the services provided.

The bathroom is completely wrong: you don`t put a glass door at the bathroom, the shower is built wrong - the water stays in it, generally the bathroom is a mess as a design and that`s why becomes uncomfortable.Breakfast could be improved: generally low quality products.

We go to this hotel since 2011. It was our favourite but time passed over it but they did not invest in maintaining it in top. Best location. The only plus within the last years is the buffet breakfast.

Damaged bathroom accessories.

The staff from the restaurant and reception are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The view is wonderful.

It was terribly cold, the only heating source available being the AC, which is totally inefficient. The staff from the spa cannot speak English and are rather unfriendly. The sauna is not heated properly before afternoon and all the accessories are very cheap and worn out. The real wellness experience is far from what they advertise. Also very cold in the spa area. The food at the restaurant is quite ok but rather expensive.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. The spa zone had great facilities as well

The views from the room windows were magnificent as we were able to watch the sunrise and listen to the sound of the sea waves. Very comfortable bed. The spa facilities were included in the price of booked accommodation and the staff there was very friendly, helpful and professional.The food in the restaurant was tasty, fresh and prepared with attention to the details.

The bed was too firm and the pillows were too high.

Restaurant is good, good waiters, good chef. Breakfast was very pour, due to hotel order!

SPA is horible, pool has cold water 23C and not safe. First and last time!

The ? in the Room was broken , wasn't very stable and the water was licking in the bedroom floor and was a bad smell in the room.

Rooms are good size, clean and comfortable. Ours had large balconies. The staff was very nice. This hotel is located directly by the sea and very close to Regina Maria’s “Castle” and the gardens. The views are great. This is the best choice if you cannot walk long or do not want to drive to the aforementioned attractions. There are a couple of cafes nearby and a nice restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea (though overpriced). Reaching the hotel can be a bit challenging if you rely on navigation apps, especially since there are road works ongoing. However, there are reliable signs on the streets. Once you go down the narrow road reaching the beach, pass by the car parking and follow to the right untill you see the hotel. There you can park on the side of the narrow road, if there are enough free spaces available.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the sinks in the bathroom are tilted and not fit well, thus water tends to overflow. A similar issue affects the showers. The glass screens are not wide enough and water floods the bathroom floor. Breakfast was not impressive.

Very beautiful location.

Poor breakfast. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Old and unkempt furniture. Appearance of a dusty hotel, which has not been invested in for many years.
