Flamingo Hotel

Located near to the city center, very accessible and lots of parking. The room and the bathroom were clean. There is no air conditioning but the is a fan in the room.

We were located on the second floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are too steep. The room is very small and the WiFi reception is very poor.

Very pleasant personal. Good location.

We had the worst experience ever.one single room full of dirt cockroaches spiders and mosquitos and all insects all together in the bathroom full of bugs everywhere ..air conditioning didn’t worked at all and a bad smell coming from the sewage .i don’t recommend to no one and i don’t want to return to this hotel ever again.

I liked the location and also the hotel as an overall impression.

I didn't like the fact that we received two rooms in a worse condition than the rest of them. Maybe the others were already booked.

Nice and kind staff, willing to help. Nice bed and warm room.

The socket wasn't really visible and far from the bed. Had to understand where the switch for the light in the toilet was. The linen wasn't visible. Internet is very very poor. I could not use my laptop.

Because they charge me double at the time of reservation online with booking.com and also at the property with same price and did not make me any refund of my online payment such a thief I had never see in my life .

It is well situated.

There weren't blankets for bed (I've had cold).The rooms are very small.There isn't a good ilumination inside the room, there aren't windows you can open.The relation price/quality is not good, it should be cheaper according the acomodation.They didn't told me the pin number when I went out and wanted to enter in the hotel so I were a time in the street.

Good value

When we got there were told we hadn't paid despite the booking.com receipt showing we had. Very grumpy lady on reception who had to call her boss before letting us have our rooms. Rooms were very basic, no cups in the bathroom and very cramped room, felt very dated. But we did sleep well and the beds were comfortable. It said free parking but we only found parking on the street. Wouldn't choose to stay there again.

The price

The forks were not clean when we had breakfast. The bathroom was full of roaches and insects. The heater wasn't functioning and the staff said that they can't provide us with heat because they must turn on the heat for the entire hotel. We asked then for an extra blanket because we were freezing and they said that they don't have.

Absolutely nothing

The bed sheets weren’t changed.We met old bed sheets on the bed.The floor in bedroom was full of hair on the floor.The remote control was broken and didn’t work.The TV was very old and very very poor quality.No hair dryers.No one at the reception for 5 days (morning/evening).No breakfast.There was no housekeeping service for 5 days.Staff very loud on the corridor.The walls weren’t sound proof as advertised.1 toilet roll for 2 people for 5 days.No air conditioning system as advertised on the site.Staff on the first day was very rude. Staff on the Phone was very rude on the second day.I have had to remove to another hotel due to the state of the room.Travelling from the UK to Romania on holiday has been a disappointing experience with the hotel.Customer service skills is zero.No phone in the room.The toilet cleaner was completely destroyed and unusable.Curb webs on the ceiling in the bath and bedroom.Dust on the corners of the bed.

The room was very quiet and comfy. Simple and large enough, with a stylish mirror on the side wall. Would definitely recommend it

I dont want it to sound weird, but i personally would've prefer that the " table " on which the Television was on, to be empty OR at least to have an extra little table. The room was amazing, but i had my laptop with me and i needed a little table for it. I ended up using the nightstand for it. ( it wasn't terrible but to be honest, i don't think people really use the provided television anymore, when there's so many gadgets and internet accessible )

The host was very kind and attended us with a smile although it was 1:00am.

The staff was lovely and helpful. For sure, for what you pay, you get it back. I reccomend also for those who are not in hurry and also would like to go on foot sometimes around city centre areas.

The sleeping bed in the room could be better...
