Comfort Hotel Kitakami

Our kids really liked the variety of foods available for breakfast. Especially the waffles, croissants and smoothies.

The rooms were comfortable, but really small.

Good location, very nice staff, free parking, decent breakfast. Calm. Lawson nearby. Coin laundry nearby (there is a laundry in the hotel but it was used).

Everything was great except the AC in my room which was not working well.

The staff were friendly & helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious everyday, the hotel was clean & very comfortable and the property location was amazing. Step outside the train station & straight into the hotel. Could not hear the trains from our room. We also had a view of the cherry blossoms that were an easy walk away and there was a convenience store next door that had fresh meals.

3 nights wasn’t long enough, we wish we had stayed much longer.

Amazing hotel, staff are friendly, breakfast is amazing, location is stellar, I’m coming back next year for sure!

Excellent breakfast and front desk staff was super helpful and friendly

1. Breakfast is very good.2. Very close to train station.

1. Not enough space to open our luggage. We need put it on the bed then open it.

Place had a free breakfast buffet which had a very delicious spread. I especially liked that it was right across the Free Shuttle Service for Geto Kogen and that the place was kept absolutely clean each time I requested for cleaning. Will definitely go here for my yearly trip!

The hotel is across the road from the train station and the rooms are compact, really clean, quiet and great for an overnight. There are lots of great little restaurants close by and the staff were super happy to help.

everything as perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay.

Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful in organising black cat Yamato transport. Rate included breakfast.. good selection. Room comfortable and clean

All good

Service and parking was exceptional. The room items were all great, bath and hot water were used daily after day on snow resorts. Price per night was value for money and not too far from restaurants and a 7-11 store.

The room and bed were too small for more than one night with our luggage and snow gear. We are not big person's but the bed wasn't even a standard double bed.

Buffet breakfast is great. The bus to the skifield is just across the carpark. The Lawsons minimart it 2 mins walk away.

Eating out for dinner is different for English speaking travellers. Best to get the hotel to make a booking for you.

Free breakfast and parking made it great value for money. They had English signage on many things which was helpful, especially at breakfast.

Nothing, the hotel was fine for our needs.

Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. Very close to the train station and bus stop. Short walk to town.

location, insane value for money, breakfast, attention to detail.

only one thing was missing: sento. but at this price point it can't be expected

Location and easy access to Geto Kogen free shuttle. The frontdesk staffs are very polite and helpful.

Nothing much to complain about, this place is really good value for money.

The location in front of the station is convenient for a short stay in Kitakami.

Great location next to Kitakami railway station. Clean, strong wifi, great complimentary breakfast. Welcome drink.

The location is perfect, just accross Kitakami JR station-it's about 3mins door to door! Made my traveling with shinkansen much easier. Friendly & helpful staffs, good Japanese breakfast, and the room quite spacious for my suitcase. Lawson is just behind the hotel. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for my next trip in Japan.

Great location -3 minutes away from the train station and 15 minutes away from Tenshochi Park. Not expensive either and the breakfast is serviceable.

A bit dated and a bit musty. Clean enough but I wouldn't say it's spotless. But really, for the amount that I paid, it's not bad!

Decent breakfast for a budget hotel.

Very small and basic rooms. Very small bathroom.

Good breakfast, good location, good service

all good
