Very helpful and friendly staff
Very far from the trainstation and attractions, the bus stop is pretty close though.
Friendly 24 reception, hot communal baths, and very large rooms which is such a rarity in Japan!
The breakfast buffet was mostly cold.
Spacious open parking. Many restaurants and shops along the same street
The hotel's wifi is not working. It is cater more for locals travelling within Japan for works.Breakfast provided but it is more toward the locals taste.
Comfortable stay with good amenities and polite, friendly staff.
Room was clean and pleasant but could do with more housekeeping on the less obvious areas
The room is spacious.
The upkeep could be a bit better (e.g. chairs, cabinets etc look quite worn). The room is quite dark.
onsen inside , good breakfast , parking on site
too expensive , no mineral water , no towels in the onsen area , massage chair not for free
Very bad smell, old
Very friendly and helpful staff with great services.
Including the breakfast into the price was a nice extra. The time period for breakfast also didn't end incredibly early like many hotels.
