Pros +
- Great location, well-priced, and clean. Nice view of Mt. Fuji.
- Hotel was beautiful and serene. It was a 5 minute walk from the Shinkansen. Although it overlooked the train, you could not hear any of them! The bonus was having a view of Mt Fuji and it was beautiful. The room was roomy and loved that PJs (which you can purchase!) Bonus was the bathing room on the top floor and perfect way to wind down. There was one large hot tub and a sauna outside, and one large hot tub and a cold tub inside. I wish we used it during the day so we could see Mt Fuji, but it was just as wonderful at night. The beds were comfortable and room for twin size beds.
- It’s the most convenient location in Mishima and just swinging by for skywalk or something. I can look at Fuji from our room and from bath on top floor. It was amazing! Also the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
Cons -
- Our keys sometimes didn’t work and we repeatedly had to get some of them reset at the front desk. Just a little annoying and inconvenient.
- Only one thing. It was very warm day for the season and wanted to lower the room temperature. It did not quite work.

Not only was the staff super helpful and accommodating, but the hotel itself was very clean and well put together and felt very inviting to travelers outside of Japan. I cannot recommend this hotel. This is a place I will be returning for the hotel, but I fell in love with the city and the people.
There’s nothing I did not lie about this hotel
Very convenient location. Right next to the train station. From here you can also take a bus to Mt. Fuji. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room was not very big but it had everything we needed. There is a tourist information corner with a great coffee machine. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of items and you can eat your breakfast with a view of Mt. Fuji. The public bath was beautiful and has a nice view as well (I went in the evening but presumably you can see Fuji in the daylight). The spaces to wash yourself are more private than in some other baths we have been to.
Loved the rooftop bathhouse - it was so popular with the guests! The hotel is located near the train station but we had to walk around it (could be user-error!) to get to the hotel, instead of just walking out from the station (we took the shinkansen instead of the local subway). We got to enjoy an early check-in which was really lovely too. The room was clean (as you'd expect in most Japanese places) and a nice surprise for us was a day bed overlooking the neighbourhood. Usually the places to sit in a hotel room includes a desk chair and the bed, so this additional seating space was so great! Pajamas and in-house slippers were provided and their coffee mugs were so beautiful! *which were for sale in their shop downstairs, and we really regretted not buying them :(We really enjoyed our stay and the walk around the neighbourhood (local restaurants, beautiful garden + petting zoo for 300 yen! + convenience store + canal).
Can't fault anything about the hotel!
Location was excellent and the staff were wonderful. Our room had a view of Fuji and the trains.
The beds were very comfortable and the room had a lovely view of Mt Fuji. We enjoyed the breakfast and walked to nearby restaurants for dinner and craft beer. Our favorite part of our stay was the tourism center had a map that we used on our run to explore Mishima. It was a 5k (3 mile) route that highlighted many beautiful sites nearby. We even saw a kingfisher bird! It was very close to the train station, which was very convenient.
Nothing, it was a great stay.
Excellent amenities: cold barley tea at checkin, espresso machine in the tourist corner, wonderful breakfast buffet (eggs benedict, chick pea curry, vegan dish, local fish grilled to order). No cliché Japanese breakfast items like curry, soft boiled eggs.Superb spa with a view of Mt. Fuji when it's clear. Nice room toiletries, pajamas, slippers. Very large panorama window, unlike the usual punch slots at most hotels.A lunch buffet is also offered though I didn't try it.
Dinner was very nice, though it's a fixed course. Only a couple of wines available by the glass.
Lots of eateries near the lobby and bus terminals for tourism.
Gym was lacking. Only had treadmill and exercise bike. Probably due to culture differences in fitness.
Very close to train station. Lots of restaurants and izakayas nearby. There was a very good restaurant in the same building. Had a great view of Mt. Fuji from my room and from the public bath.
The location was convenient. The hotel is a couple of minutes from the Mishima train station. The view of Mt. Fuji was incredible. Definitely request a room that views Mt. Fuji and try the rooftop onsen. The room is probably the most spacious one we had in Japan. If you are interested in trying the restaurant, I recommend making a reservation in advance. I will be visiting this hotel again, hopefully in the near future!
The other attractions in Mishima are further away, such as the Mishima Skywalk. The local bus system is not the greatest, and can cause some delays/confusion. I recommend using TaxiGO or other taxi services if possible.
I loved staying in this hotel. The location was fantastic, right near the train and bus station, and I enjoyed the odd glimpse of Mt Fuji when the cloud cleared. The room was large and comfortable with plenty of eating options nearby.
The trains can be heard from below, but the sound isn't too loud.
A comfortable stay. We had 2 room types, the bigger room which could accommodate a family with 2 kids had sufficient space + tatami bed which was great for the kids. This room came with Mount Fuji view as well which was a plus. The other rooms for a couple was pretty basic, with no Fuji view. Rooms were clean. Parking linked to the back of hotel is limited.
Perfect location as it is very close to the train station. Rooms are nice and the spa is a big plus!
The location was too good. we could see Mt Fuji from our room on a sunny morning. The breakfast was ok as we are vegetarians , we didn't have much choice.
The staff was not very friendly. They were polite though.
We had a corner room with a view of Mt Fuji and a tatami sitting area with western beds. I contacted the hotel ahead of time regarding a gluten-free meal for my husband. The hotel was very responsive. They assured me that it was not a problem. We had a dinner reservation. When we showed up. The staff were very prepared and provided GF options and even a list with allergy information for breakfast. We were blown away. The hotel is right next to the train station and very close to a park and shrine. The front desk staff helped us ship our luggage. Everyone was very nice. The best part was the onsen with a view of sunset and Mt. Fuji. It's a great overnight stay. Highly recommend it.
There were not a lot of gluten-free options at breakfast. My husband struggled to get enough to eat. The scrambled eggs were very runny in consistency. Not we we are used to.
location is good, breakfast is normal, room is very cleanly will book this hotel for next time.
nil
The hotel is located exceptionally convenient location. Only a few minutes from JR station. The view of Mt Fuji from the room we stayed and the bath at the top floor was fantastic. The hotel offers great services, and great amenities.
Located literally next to the JR station. Good size room, nice, feels new and good body care.Lots of good restaurants around.Public onsen clean and nice view.Hotel restaurant incredible view of Fuji san.Bonus. The Fuji san glass/cup was actually the cheapest we have seen in Izu. (See photo.)
Wife said it is not cheap lol.
