Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located on the highway with beautiful hills around. It offers a quality 3-star stay at a reasonable price. Attached restaurant serves good food, and there are multiple nearby dining options including veg and non-veg dhabas, plus the Special Food Plaza pure veg restaurant. Highly recommended. Also in an emergency, medical is earby, in front of the hotel.

Swimming pool timing, it closes early.

there was limited breakfast you can select only 2 out of 4 items in buffet menu , which is bit costly

Staff comes at morning 8am to check whether ur staying another day or not amd same every hour food bill us expensive if u eat at restaurant all veg dishes r around 250 n if u order from room then all dishes r around 390 n they say that commission paid to hotel.So my friends don't stay here

Food was useless, restaurent staff was very bod, no professional chef was there in kitchen food served was stale during lunch and expired during dinner. Totally worst experiance and will suggest no one should select this hotel at all

Nothing is good

Manager Mr. anil was professional and cordial, handled everything great. Good staff in general, nice views from their pool and it's conveniently located with a good variety of food and shops in the complex below.

location was fine and breakfast was good. Pool was clean and ready for use.

Overall the room had dampness and smell from, duvets. The bedsheets were torn. After paying 5k per day, it is expected to give good service, but the management looked having too much business and did not care customer satisfaction.

Location is convenient

Absolutely untidy rooms unclean floors bathroom sheets everything was sticky and the price is exhorbitant for that kind of stay

Rooms are very small

The best part was location and the mountain view. There is a food court nearby ( abt 2 kms) as well for multi cuisine options.

Price was on the higher side. The included breakfast was okeish. They should provide more variety in options and improve the taste.

The bedsheet and blanket were not clean. Room had smell of moisture.

I genuinely requested for refund with deduction which was not provided as it was last moment cancellation

The location was amazing with good views. Would have been great if there would have been more number of good eating places around the hotel.

The commode should have been more clean. When i checked into the room it wasnt very clean.Price of the rooms i felt was a little expensive.

The cleanliness in the rooms tv’s were working matress was good food wal finger licking

Worst staff i have ever seen

The rooms were good. AC was working well.

They did not change the bedsheet the next day. No option for breakfast apart from South Indian. Mistakes in the bill when you eat in their restaurant. The manager was not ready to listen to complaints regarding breakfast options. Limited breakfast on weekday which was not informed or expected.

All vegetarian, no smoking, no alcohol - all this was not mentioned during time of booking. Corridors had food strewn. Had to ask for towels and soap. Even the food that we ordered - excessive salt, poor quality
