Very over hyped. Worth only INR 5000 per day.

Very over priced and over hyped property. We stayed here with our pet for 2 nights and 3 days for which we paid 42 thousand plus, that included only breakfast. The room assigned was absolutely disgusting, unhygienic with cob webs everywhere, old, broken and stinky. The bathroom was in horrible condition with the flush not working, rusted and leaky shower faucets, the exhaust fan was not working either. The Aircon right beside the bed was noisy due to which we couldn't have a sound sleep for 2 nights! The refrigerator in the room was not working either due to which the food we carried for our pet was spoilt! The breakfast spread is disappointing! The service is very very poor. On ordering an omelette which is the only option for non-veg breakfast, it arrived after half hour by when it was cold and rubbery! On ordering room service, they have to be reminded a few times before the order actually arrives. Over all it was a very disappointing and horrible experience where we spent a lot to relax and enjoy, but it turned out to be stressful and disappointing. It's not at all worth the money and hype. Infact the reviews seem to be fake because our experience was totally the opposite. Mr Prem Mishra the manager is absolutely laid back and it shows in the attitude of the team and the condition of the poorly maintained resort!! The manager is not there to arrange the comfort of the guests stay but to just earn his salary and it shows! I donot recommend spending on this resort. It is better to go and stay in a Lodge instead. Also they charged 1500 for pet and also additional 700. They inspect the room while you leave only to see what additional they can charge you but ironically they never inspect the room to see the condition of the facilities.

Idea of ECO resort, Location, staff, environment, Food.

While calling themselves as ECO resort, I was not able to digest the idea of having breakfast tea in a paper cup.They even do not have tissue paper in the toilet and it is written 27000 trees are cut every day to make tissue paper.And using paper cups to serve the tea in the restaurant.

Staff was excellent and courteous despite significant crowd. Very supportive in terms of requirements, helpful for kids and ensured we had fun in all the activities. They went above and beyond for us. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable with beautiful view of the lake. They provided us heaters as we were feeling cold and additional bed for our kid at no extra cost. Activites were wholesome, varied and exciting. Location is on the highway, so very convenient, and also close to Trimbakeshwar Temple. The New Year Gala dinner was also very nice, with good arrangements for music, food stalls and beverages (amazing Sangria!)

Restaurant bill needs to be paid on spot. This should be booked against the room in which we had stayed.

The resort is good. The places is large and green.

I would suggest that alternative solutions for preventing mosquitoes and insects. Instead of using chemicals like ‘goodnight’ etc, organic solutions can be triedNot good value for money

This property is become like our go to place every year, this trip being our 3rd trip to Grape County. The place is so beautiful, away from the city life. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get away from their busy stressful lives and unwind. The staff specially Nitin from the restaurant made sure we were welcomed and treated us with a lot of care.

The property is truly a eco resort with great staff and surprise bonus was the coffee. One of the bests I have had in India

Nothing particular. We did not spend much time doing activities they provided and we will come back again to try some!

Nicely maintained

Not able to hand over the room key before checking out, we are penalised by Rs.500. Eventhough it is part of the policy, we feel it is improper.

Location was good

- reception service- gate keeper was drunk. I told resort that I will arrive at 2 am. My parents would arrive and check in early. The gate keeper was not letting us in saying after 12 am you can’t enter. I already had confirmation from Mr Pranay that we will arrive at 2 am.- very dirty room and bathroom- unclean bedsheets which were giving sever itchiness- overly expensive but no standard - the photos on booking.com are fake and misleading. Resort is very run down.

The whole resort was widely spread and beautiful....it has all view greenery lake beautiful room options accomodating all types couple family huge group friends and so many activities. A day will just go by and you will think I should have booked this for a day more.

There's nothing that I didn't like but I would suggest if you want to experience the true beauty of this place go right after rains end

Very costly and the washroom could be more cleaner.

Facilities and Activities was a clear standout. Mr Anant deserves a special mention for helping us greatly.

There was no communication between reservations, check-in desk and restaurant. Despite making repeated requests associated with the purpose of our visit and our special dietary requirements, we were sold the gala dinner package for 31 Dec without asking us if we wished to avail it. The individual who took our booking, at one point starting arguing that the decision to close the restaurant for 31st Dec gala was communicated to us on the 22nd Dec and that I acknowledged it as if I had an option to do anything about it so close to the visit. This is a place in the middle of nowhere with nothing on either side for several miles. If one doesn't have a mode of conveyance, it is impossible to get anywhere even for a cup of tea. My repeated requests in almost all my messages from the point we made the booking more than three months ago, clearly fell on deaf ears and were not communicated to the restaurant staff. I had to chase him myself until the afternoon of 31st several times to ensure that he was aware of our situation. Just unacceptable!. He was aware of our situation on the 30th itself as was their DGM and they both knew that we are not interested in the gala thing, yet we were charged for it. Utterly unprofessional and totally lacking any personal touch.

The place was very peaceful.The property is very beautiful to explore with alot of activities. The room service was good and the staff were very friendly and approchable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall the stay was very comfortable.The food taste is also good. A good option for family and couples aswell.

1.The restuarant service was very slow. The staff should inform about any delay or atleast the expected time for the food ordered in the resturant. 2. We could not take the entire property tour inspite of requesting it for few times.

Location was good

Room given to me was uncomfortable. N non veg was not fresh. Food quality on non veg was not good..orders are not taken properly.dental kit was not available.bathroom was smelling no proper ventilation. N proper billing instruction was not given....not worth stay for my money i think so....other options in nsk are much good
