IRA by Orchid, Nashik

Closely located to Dwarka circle on Pune Road. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were really good and comfortable

The bathroom was too small. I was not even able to stretch my legs while sitting on the Pot. And the staff was undertrained, he kept calling someone to ask every process on the call. But overall he was good.

clean rooms, good location, welcoming staff.

The price was slightly on the higher side.

Location, parking, staff, room size, washroom, bath towels... these were great.

Breakfast offered was kind of not so great, bedsheets given for extra bed was not clean enough, the price I paid seemed a bit high due to these

Absolutely clean and tidy. Restaurant meals were very tasty and nice portions

The location is good. Breakfast is good and have choices. The place is accessible to many tourist spots. Really liked the place. Staff is also very cooperative and helpful.

The lunch we had on the first day was not good. We had ordered butter chicken but it was too sweet like dessert. The breakfast was awesome but the tea and coffee they had kept in kettle was not hot so had to ask them to provide hot tea

Rooms are big and decent for the budget. Staff service is good.

Location nothing available nearby in waking distance

Hotel is in main road. Ambience is good, but could be more better. Reasonable price with good breakfast.

Room seems to be congested. Bathroom did not seem comfortable.

(1) Staff were polite.(2) Restaurant was good.

(1) Room on second floor in a property that does not have a lift.(2) Bathroom ventilator had missing glass panes which were not fixed.

It’s on the main road at the beginning of city. Staff are good and courteous.

NO LIFT AT THE PROPERTY. AC DIDNOT WORK

They allowed early checkin which was hassel free. The rooms are quite spacious.Quick service and Very good staff at front desk and others too.

Door locks from inside the room need to be repaired and Bathroom aminities to be changed.Need more cleanliness in the rooms.

good location and food

no elevator

The front desk staff were very courteous and excellent.Although the check in is mid-day inspite of reaching a couple of hours before I was given a room no questions asked.

NA

The only plus about this place was restaurant food.

The washroom was disgusting. The room was also not clean. I will never ever go back to this place, even if I get free stay. I didn't took any photographs as there was nothing worth clicking.

Disappointing

Leaking taps. Wet bathroom. Torn bedsheets

Location and Staffs

Dirty, uncleanness and smoked room

Quick outsourced laundry services on time cleaning services

Rodfront caused all night little noise of vehicles which gives feeling being in Mumbai

Good location and quality of food

Breakfast arrangements was not good

Location and cleanliness

Staff attitude and food was terrible

Staff is courteous. Very polite and helpful. Food was great. Siddharth in FO was very helpful.

There were pests in the room. That was very unexpected.
