Staff kindness and they are very polite in approach.

no facility was there, even they are not providing soap, shampoo and wifi was too bad.

There were no towels in the room also no soap handwash in the washroom the phone was also not working

Food was great at the property but complimentary breakfast was pathetic and the management was very poor.

The room that we booked seeing the pictures on site versus what we got was totally opposite. Plus we had to pay extra to get the room that we had booked that too after lot of negotiation.

Very unhygienic rooms, very limited breakfast, unclean towels full of hair, stains in many places, no napkins, kettle not given, tv didnt work inspite of lot of complaints. No wifi range to the tv in suite room.

Peaceful atmosphere, good staff, comfortable.

Isolated location. No marketplaces, no restaurants except the one attached to the hotel.

It was budget friendly, also had a decent breakfast. The room service was good and all the locations we wanted to visit were nearby. The staff was very helpful.

The room was very small and we didn't expect that as compared to photos.

Great stay, food quality is great especially sea food. The rooms were good and clean and the staff were polite too. Overall a good stay in the budget hotel. Also Very secured for couples they provide good rates for that as well, which is well appreciated ?

The rooms are great and hygienic, plus it's great as per the staff attitude specially. Very well maintained property! Even good and safe for couples as well.

Room interior were very good, service were also quick and location was also good as this property comes in MIDC Ambad. Food taste was great. Nice choice for corporate travelers and family guest.

Worst quality of Breakfast. Very spicy and not at all healthy. Food quality is very poor.

The property demands illogical taxes during payment. Card swiping machine is not working and forced me to pay cash.I've experienced lot of aggravation during the time of payment. They don't have any facilities to have Tea or Coffee in case of early check-inn. Hot water is not available during evening bath.

Location was good and room was quite good

There was no towel kept Also my room was changed last minute even after booking it from internet.Food ordered from restaurant was not satisfactory.

1. Staff were humble and polite2. They tried to solve the issue and were attentive to your needs.3. They had varieties of items each day for breakfast.

1. The rooms were extremely small2. There were water cuts which were not informed at the time of check-in.3. Room service was slow.4. TV in the room was not working5. They sent their staff at midnight 12:30 to collect money for room service expenses. This was scary as the staff went and banged on each door very badly. This not only disturbed our sleep but also made us extremely scared about our safety at the hotel.6. Complimentary breakfast was placed exactly in front of the washroom in the restaurant area. This gave a disgusting smell when you entered the restaurant for breakfast.

This property is suitable for those people who just want to halt for a day. Family restaurant is of no use when I went there was no one there to take orders.Room very small in size and they don’t provide coffee maker, iron board and fridge.Even I have to get in chair from outside .

Bathroom taps were leaking.

Breakfast not worth it. I preferred skipping hotel's breakfast & having it outside. Location was okay ish.

Room size. it was too small. Plus they charged for upgrading my second room. That too in cash.

Staff here is very polite, humble and prompt. Food is exceptional. Chicken biryani is a must try. Room was very clean and neat. Great view from the balcony. Value for money.

No electric kettle in the room, basic services like room services starts from 8.30 am, very basic breakfast

Only road touch location

In the morning 5 AM we have seen normal water is not coming called so many time at the reception nobody responded.We arequested to pack some atleast bread butter because we are heading to the long journey.At the check in they said okay we will do somethinng after sometime they told not possible.In Gujarat atleast, they help the outsiders of other states because we thought guest are god.
