Itsy Hotels Mansi

Breakfast was not taken by me because the time they serve was too late

Manager at the counter was extremely rude and was not available at the counter most of the time

First of all except location nothing was great here

The staff is so arrogant and pathetic, the rooms were not cleaned, it was stinky, less spacious. I had checked in around 7 pm during my checkout I asked for a half an hour extension and they denied. There is no parking facility, room service was just negligible. I would not recommend anyone to stay.

Location

Water was coming out from AC when I was sleeping. I phone was below AC.When I woke up in morning my mobile was full of water. It stopped working.Horrible experiance

Nice central location to everything we wanted to do in Nashik. Helpful staff and good rooms for a good price

The breakfast was ordered from outside and was limited, the staff tried to rush it upon us in the room. Instead of serving itin the cafeteria.

Mosquitoes enteting from the open vent meant for an exhaust fan to be fixed. We did mot sleep properly due to bites.

My stay at itsy hotels Mansi was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was super cozy, and the breakfast buffet had delicious options. quiet location. Overall, an excellent experience.

It is around 2 km from Nashik railway station. Stay with family is comfortable. Breakfast is nice and will be served at the room.

Only Marathi channels in TV, at least commonly used language such as Hindi and English free channels also should be added.

Room was good. Clean.

Road side parking. No responsibility by property except saying that there is CCTV. Staff is very less. Not even for taking up bags.

As I arrived at the location they told me the hotel was full, and at the moment they told me it was full, you could still book several rooms in the app.

Location is good

It's not value for money. Paying Rs 2,400 for this kind of room is exorbitant. It's not worth more than Rs 1000. The bed and linen quality and the additional facilities are very mediocre. There are no toileteries provided. Even packaged drinking water is not there in the room. Jug filled with water is kept.

Quiet clean hotel, friendly staffGood value for moneyI needed an overnight stay before proceeding to Nashik Airport and this place was great

No complaints

The beds were so comfy and well maintained. The breakfast was provided by them was so yummy and healthy.

The cleanliness and the staff cooperation.

Not many restaurant options near the hotel. Most of the nearby restaurants were closed.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

They don’t allow foreigners to stay at this hotel. I have no idea why it’s even on your website.

budget friendly ,visited sundarn arayan temple

Hotel was very clean. Location in quiet street.
