Freesia Resort by Express Inn

THe breakfast was good, some staff were accommodating for seniors, while some had casual approach.

Room was not ready at 4 pm, we had to go to a nearby property for 1.5 hours ad then return, since some other guest were facing other issues. No provision for wheel chair access, it was challenging for my parent.

Property is very well maintained and clean, staff is very polite and always ready to help. Food is amazing including breakfast.huge and very clean swimming pool

Room size is bit small, especially bathrooms. Shower was not working and ended up using hand shower.

Location was good for our winery tour. Price was acceptable.

Cleanness of the room should be improved. Availability of bigger room and Shower room separately from toilet could be considered.

Lots of greenery, courteous staff, clean rooms and washrooms

Breakfast had a good variety of spread, however taste definitely needs improvement, cales were very dry , no difference in taste between chocolate cake and plain cake, Aloo bhaji was not up to the mark.

Beautiful property, very near to Sula. More than 20 cottage rooms, spacious including a double bed and a couch. You can see turkeys, geese, ducks and rabbits on the property. Beautiful mango trees surrounding the whole property.

Bathroom plumbing and fixtures needs work.

I like the staff's smiling support I liked the location and swimming pool

I didnt like the rawness. They should be train to speak and greet.

Ambiance and the location

Food is bit costly. Even 20 rs water bottle they charge 60

One of the rooms was small anf other was comfortable.Secondly room 107 had very little luggage keeping place, it also had half sized cupboard with no proper space to keep bag

Lovely gardens, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant had a great patio surrounded by trees with very good food and a varied menu. Great stuff for kids to play with. The pool was perfect. Beautiful place.

They don't seem to having many Europeans as guests as they had difficulty with International cards when paying, and most of the staff had poor English. They did try their best, but it was difficult at times and mistakes were made. Rooms were very sparce of furniture. No where to put your clothes and bathroom stuff. But the positive aspects of the place were more than the negatives.

Great property. Very close proximity to Sula Vineyards. Made our special day even better

The early check or late check-out needs to be relooked at because they were trying to over charge us on everything. But they didn't so we were lucky that way.

Food and stay was good

The problem was we went for peace for weekend but unfortunately they have wedding in venue that's was not peace at all

They had a beautiful cottage with a cosy bathtub. The garden and pool area are smartly made. Loved the idea of putting animal scupltures. The porch was a nice addition to the cottage. The glass painted ceiling window was gorgeous.

Facilities were okayish like bathroom needed a few repairs and the room wasn't deep cleaned. Cleaning staff hardly took 10mins to clean the room between guests.

They have display room with bat tub at website but actually their room hasn't bath tub and jacuzi there

Good location, Value for money. Scope of improvement for food.

1 . Very good stay all around greenery ..Nature…rabbits ….kids play area etc . Great hospitality My family specially kids enjoyed a lot 2. Staff was very cooperative.

Location, Reception Staff was decent only

Rooms were not clean as it has lot of spider ?️ web and dust all over and Breakfast was Very Bad poor taste ?

Property was situated at perfect spot and it is calm all over .

Lot of paint work was going on may be , but room allocated was full of new paint smell , no maintenance , broken handwash, tiles , balcony was never cleaned in 2 days . Service standards are not set

The location, staff, food was also quite nice

Didn't like the room facilities, towels didn't look very clean.

Location was awesome.swimming pool water, the rooms were really clean and neat. breakfast has a very good variety and delicious

Area was clean ..staff was humble..

Food quality need to be improved....
