Location

Hotel is under renovation, Dormitory do not have adequate facility like table, cupboard or locker. Bath room and toilet in very shabby condition.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. After reaching there they tell you that room that you booked is sold out and now you need to book another room in person, which is like twice of the price you initially booked. On top of this, Pathetic & very arrogant staff behaviour!!

The breakfast was good and the location very good as it is close to the Infant Jesus Shrine

The toilets shud be repainted and kept cleaner..shaving kit shud be provided and instead of soaps shower gel shud be provided..

Better maintainence of AC

The rooms are spacious. They allow non veg food to be delivered even though thy don't serve it.

There is no cleanliness. they do show you the room before you check in but they don't give you an option to opt for another room..the room was not at all maintained, no cleanliness. There was a fan missing and thy dint want to do anything about it. Moreover the ac was not upto the mark, even after calling the reception,.no housekeeping was assigned.The bathroom glass vents had one missing they jus put a newspaper piece there. We asked for a late check out by 30mins as there were 2 senior citizens and one toddler, it was denied.The next day when we checked out and sat in the lobby we were told by the person on duty that the hotel is not full and our request fr a late check out should have been considered, overall not a good.experience but for proximity of church I would recommend but on your own terms.

Location is Okay ig, on the main road but no amenities nearby.

Very Old Property, Small Rooms, Unsafe Lift, Breakfast was absolute shit and the staff was kinda rude.

Absolute value for money, the room was clean comfortable, hot water was available,decent breakfast, garden, parking available. Couldn't have asked for more in this price range!

They charged Rs1 extra in the bill.... haha... not an issue though.

As a highway hotel, the location was good

Staff had no interaction etiquette .Bed linen was dirty, had to get it changed after check - inThe elevator was way too slow as of 1980,s, desperately need an upgrade.The towels and bathroom amenity needs an upgrade , not of the standard as the room tariff.

Hotel was fairly priced for a family suite consisting of two rooms It was clean and comfortable.Staff was courteous. It is not a fancy as per current standards but has furniture, feel and decor of 90's. At current price of 2.5k-3k it offers tremendous value for money for family of 4. I would definitely recommend it to family who is coming for a spritual tourism spending more time in temples in nashik than the hotel.

1) They should anticipate that travellers will come earlier then check in time and should have some common room or area where guest can feel comfortable after a long journey instead of waiting till 4-5 hours for check-in time. 2) Food menu is expensive but quality is good. Also the portion of food is not standardized. For same food item ordered at different time it comes in different quantity.If food is adequately priced, it will ensure that guest take meals inside hotel else they can get better deal at proper restaurant outside.

Toilets and lenin could be maintained a little better.

They provided dental kits and other thingsThe washroom was pretty clean

1. The room was smelling 2. Bed bugs were there3. Carpet of the room was not clean 4. There was dust on fans as well5. Hot water didn't come in the morning

Very close to Shrine of infant Jesus church. So if you're coming to visit the Shrine it's the closest option. It's also on the main road. Parking is available. Rooms are big. Food options are good. They have their own restaurant below the hotel itself. room service is also very good. Overall very good stay.

Only one minor thing is the room fixtures looks slightly old.

Property was excellent and seamless transaction in and out . Staff are very good and polite. Specially we have book very short notice and receptionist was excellent.

The food was excellent. The breakfast was below average though. The other options at the restaurant were very good and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Cleanliness could have been a little better. But they are renovating the place so maybe this will improve after that. The breakfast wasn't good.

The Staff was helpful. Especially receptionist.

Please improve the quality of Bed, mattresses. Keep Washroom clean and fix the stands properly, jet spray stand was broken.Provide use and throw slippers in room.
