HOTEL MBC CITADEL NASHIK

Very well maintained property. Food - Good food and polite kitchen staff, at your service with tasty food anytime. Location - The location is awesome to roam around nashik and triambakeshwar.Overall a nice stay.

Staff - Receptionist Rahul's attitude and behaviour was too rude and careless.Room - Good to have a hair dryer

Cleanliness

The refrigerator was not working. When I asked the house keeping he ignored by saying that the fridge just keeps the temperature of the things intact but the fridge does not make the drinks chill.

Value for money and central location in Nasik.Excellent Hospitality and staff was very good in giving services.

Property, room , restaurant staff and dinner , location

STAFF COUTESY AT THE RESTERUANT, DINNER AND FOOD , LOCATION, WELL MAINTAINED ROOM

Disappointing...

Everything...They really need to upgrade their rooms. Very small...Seems like living in a hut, only food & beverages staff were nice. Reception boy is not at all welcoming, no one is available to solve query, plz don't go on reviews....you can get far better hotel at same price...

Excellent food and service. Rooms were also good and the staffs were very courteous. Except for the very small bathroom n closet alignment, rest were all, excellent.

Toilet setup

Location and the ambience of the hotel. It is located from where you can visit nearby places with ease.

Breakfast - Expected a bit for Non Vegetarian other than eggs at the price tag of stay.

Breakfast had good spread with lot of choice.

Rooms could have been a bit larger in area. We had three in room and i was uncomfortable on extra bed.

Even though we were 2 hours early. They did give us an early check in !!! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, and a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast options were diverse and tasty. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Nothing as such!!!

I don’t like the hotel

Reception Staff behaviour while check in the hotel. Proper parking facilities not there. Toiletries and Slippers were not available, every time I asked for stuff. Not at all good experience

Everything right from the location to the service are top notch. This was our 2nd stay at the property and the interiors are beautiful.

We really wish they had a swimming pool.

Clean.. Well trained staff..located in the city centre.. Good breakfast buffet

Parking arrangements were poor

Room was clean, restaurant was decent

No parking, and no driver facilities, whatever was there was on very bad shapeTheir set top box subscription had expired and they renewed it only for 3 hours. Bad set up.

Hotel was clean and food was good but prices are little on higher side

Room size was very small I'm not able to understand how it was mentioned 300 sqft room size while booking it was not more than 150 sqft

The place is a good business stay place. Compact and sufficient. For a couple it's ideal. Food is good. Clean. Hot water. Pressure in water.

The buffet breakfast could have one more item

The property’s very clean & luxurious.

The staff was not attentive & they took a bit longer to get things we’d ordered in our room.

The room was clean and food was also tasty.

While check-in the staff taken too much time and we told to make fast he was arguing with us. The staff should be behave polite with their customer.

Room Neat n clean , staff were helpful

Parking is an issue when the hotel semi full Since informed will arrive earlier...didn't arrange for earlier checkin ..guess it's their standards procedure to check in by 12noon ..Room was quite small for the price...

Small and clean property, with parking on premises. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative. Proximate to sula vineyards.

Ventilation in rooms / bathrooms may be improved
