The bedskirt had big stain and the duvet cover had stain as well. Their towels had frayed edges. They looked so old. It felt like I was staying in a run-down hotel. Lobby and restaurant were clean, so I was shocked that the room was not kept up as it should.

Sea view and restaurant with excellent chef
Location is far from city and train station nevertheless the sea view is wonderful
Close to the beach, the breakfast buffet is not bad and quite good value for the price. There is also a convenience store located conveniently nearby so its easy to purchase anything you need.
Parking here is a problem, there aren't enough parking lots and they are quite narrow.
Excellent customer service, good breakfast and the view of the hotel are good. Staffs are friendly and speaks well. The facilities in the hotel are well enough. We stayed two nights and it was great.
The construction near the hotel and the window glasses need to clean. The views are good, but due to dusts, views are dull and not attractive.
