Hotel Riverside Ulsan

nice hotel, I only spent one night here but river view was lovely. Room was big and had washing machine and small kitchen. Very clean and tidy

The room had a laundry machine and a ceramic cooking possibility. But...... nothing to use for cooking.What surprise.But again. Hyeon Ji Woo helped us out. Super.

It was quiet, clean and spacious. The kitchen was great to have in a hotel setting. The view was amazing, just really beautiful. It was comfortable over all. And the price was great for the offer. Friendly staff members too.

They only gave one pillow.

River View and convenient for me to take taxi and bus

The staff are not friendly. Not trying to help as possible unless we insist. Especially the staff who doesn't speak English

Excellent location with beautiful city/river views. Next to night market also. Modern, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the noise of the elevator

River View, free gym available, early check-in possible, cleaning service can be triggered by a button. Big refrigerator with ice box - Wow. Wash machine, kitchen sink, lots of cupboards and storing spaces.

TV had no youtube, Netflix or any app, just linear tv channels. The couch was comfy but only for one person.Due a lack of chairs it was somehow very uncomfy to eat there. Toilet architecture was kinda weird and unusual, i would not have designed it that way. Corridor smell was kinda unusual too. Like moisture carpet smell. The furnitures were black and due a lack of bright light it was very hard to see. Furniture doors, especially the refrigerator door was super hard to open. Because of so many items in there the room felt small.

As a foreigner travelling to Ulsan for work, this hotel is everything I ever want. Firstly, the room is fantastic, the room comes with a refrigerator, a freezer, rectangle dining table sufficient to sit with 4 person, working desk, washing machine, cooking hood, induction cooker & TV. The toilet is small but it is sufficient for one person, the amenities given are normal, but the shampoo, shower gel, conditioner & body lotion are AWESOME, they smell super good and it is nice to use. The location are good as well, it is near to bus station with 3 minutes of walking, the back of the hotel is Ulsan Youth street with lots of food & stores to walk with, the street is happening from morning till night and it is very safe as there will be police patrol from time to time. Closest known tourist spot is the Taehwagang Grand Park.

Only one of the reception girl aren't friendly throughout my 3D2N stay. The other two are great and perfect, would really like to treat them something because of their fantastic service, trying to communicate with me even though they can only speak minimal English. For breakfast, I don't recommend at all as they only serve very little food, and you have to cook your own eggs & bacon, they supplied oil and frying pan for self service. So just eat out as there are plenty of choice at the Ulsan Youth street.

I enjoyed the view and location, the staff was friendly and the service was outstanding.

Location was perfect! Close to a large shopping area. Cold A/C. Great water pressure. Easy check in/out. Clean rooms. AMAZING fridge/freezer! Parking was easy.

Pillows were FLAT. 6 foot tall American, legs didn’t fit between the toilet and vanity. Had to sit sideways!

They were unable to put our rooms close together. My daughters had to share a bed; twin not provided.

The room was big and comfortable. For what we paid it was a great deal and a nice view.

For some reason, both mornings we stayed there the wifi didn't work, but started working again when we returned in the evening. Also no phone service at all in the bathroom.

Good location, a lot of options of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

There is a kitchen in the room, BUT you cannot use it! No utensils, nothing, asked reception they said we can’t use it. No sure why would you have a kitchen if no one is allowed to use it. We specifically booked this place because it had one, so we were quite disappointed.

The room was very comfortable and included a washing machine as well as a full size refrigerator. The view of the river & city was beautiful! The property stored our luggage for us until it was time to check in. There is also a small CU convenience store on-site and you can buy laundry detergent at the front desk.

The listing stated that the room would have a whirlpool/spa bathtub when we booked, but it actually had no tub, just a shower. Also, there was no drying rack or clothesline to dry clothes even though the room had a washer & no dryer. We hung things to dry in the closet with the doors open.

The beds were really big and comfortable. The whole room was very clean, spacious and with a nice bathroom. With lots of storage space in the room and the convenience store in the hotel, it would also be a good place for a longer stay! The location is ideal, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, with easy access to other parts of town.

Clean. Near places to have fun. The view was great.

Additional person for the room included mattress and extra hand towel.

Great location, comfortable bed free fitness center

stuff wasn't really helpful, unable to speak English nothing was possible privacy not respected - cleaning lady went through my stuff, additionally room was not left very clean and body towels were always a problem (although that's usual in KR)

We stayed 6 nights, again with an infant. Again, the facility had everything we needed + plenty of storage area. The wifi worked very well this time. But I still don’t get why the bathroom lights keep going off…

I don’t know if we had been given an upgrade the last time we went, but the room was much smaller. Well, it didn’t matter that much, but the room was very very dusty at the first day. It was as if the staff hadn’t been expecting us at all.

I'd like to be able to extend saybof keaving by more than 2 hours as my only flight Is mot until 9pm so a long time out of hotel room

The property is just perfect for families. I traveled with my husband and my baby (11 months old), and there was literally everything we needed—refrigerator, sink, kettle, WASHING MACHINE, and plenty of space to organize all those baby stuff. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

Two things:1. It was a bit uncomfortable to turn on the light in the bathroom because the controller is on the beside the bed. I kept forgetting and went to the bathroom and then go back to the bed area to turn on the lights, for like, 18 times. And I don’t know why but the bathroom lights kept going off after like 15 to 20 minutes. (Maybe it was to save energy, but with a baby, it was hard to make things fast.)2. The power outlet on the desk did not work well.
