Very nice looking room with big windows. The location was central to everything with convenient bus stops. The staff held bags both for both early check in, and on check out.

The bathroom design was not ideal. The toilet was in a glass enclosure that was mostly private. Keeping water from leaving the shower was difficult.

The rooms were not only very comfortable, but the were also a really nice size! I have stayed here both times I traveled to Ulsan and intend to stay here whenever I visit!

The only thing I wish they provided was microwaves in the rooms.

Directly in Ulsan downtown, across Hyundai dept store. Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Free underground parking for hotel guests

Hotel is offering breakfast which is far below any standards . Not worth selecting it. There is no safe deposit box in the room. No matter if rooms are OK, the whole hotel is a bit outsated and needs some serious refuebishment. Lack of English TV channels. No gym for those who care. Pillow selection could be better

Nice spacious room and facilities. Clean and simple. Well located in terms of downtown. Plenty of places to go out and eat at.

The breakfast could be a bit better.

English from staff was not good. We were early and had to pay extra, we just wanted to leave our bags but that was not an option.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring Ulsan and very close to shops and transport links.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was a close walk to the bus station which was amazing. It also is a close walk to some fun places so there were many fun activities to do.

It was a little strange that the toilet was separate from the sink/shower/bath but it was still comfortable!

An amazing hotel right in downtown Ulsan. The room was large, came with a good TV, fridge, great toilet and I upgraded for the bath which I used a number of times. Shower is excellent too. This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and the price was fantastic. A shop just next door as well so it had it all really.

The only thing lacking was gym/pool facilities.

Great hotel, great location, plenty of places to see in the area. Lots of cherry blossom trees nearby which were in bloom at the end of March.

Value for money and good central location with various surrounding coffee shops and restaurants!

Restaurant not functioning!

The location has been excellent for my needs.The room size has been very generous.Wardrobe was large as well. In spite of the location on the main road, there was very good acoustic insulation towards the outdoor; it was very quiet inside the room.

A safe would have been useful.Hangers for wet towels outside of the shower place would have been useful.The wireless modem never worked - I was logging into the neighbouring rooms modems. The acoustic insulation towards neighboring rooms was poor - a sneeze, a cough, a plugging into the wall socket could be easily heard. I had to keep the TV very low out of respect for the neighbours. There was some heavy mold build up at the base of the shower cabin due to leakages. I had to wipe out very fast after shower to keep it dry. I found the illumination level in the bathroom to be too low for my needs.I think the fan in the bathroom was too noisy - there are fans with lower decibel levels. I found the staff at reception desk very rigid, towards being impolite.

I didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning temperatures as the device is in Korean. I wanted to lower the temperature but it just maintain at hot temperature

Spacey room with wardrobes. Large and comfortable bathroom. Opulent breakfast (not included, but at very good price).

They didn't accept my Mastercard (elsewhere in Korea accepted).

The beds are super comfortable, huge TV that can access Netflix, great location and friendly staff!

Nothing to complain about.

The location was great, the room had all the necessary amenities, and the staff was very helpful.
