Very convenient location and nice staff to help you resolve your inquiries. The bed was comfortable, no noise for getting a proper rest and the room look clean.

good location.
no dental care set provided. breakfast food variety can be better.
Over all good. Value for money Convenient store on the ground floor is super nice.
Too much chlorine smell from house keeping. Better than not being clean but difficult to breathe at some point. I stayed for 4 nights and I had to request not to use the chlorine for twice because they still used it after a request. Other than that, it was good stay.
Nice modern hotel in Ulsan downtown.Good gym. Room spacious. Breakfast varied in a wide area at second floor.More than 3-star hotel!Price of the room with breakfast really affordable.7-eleven mini-market in the lobby super-useful!
Some issues with wifi. Both for laptop and smartphone.
Clean room and confortable beds. Coin laundry and convenience store onsite. Close to shops and restaurants. Great view (our room was on the 19th floor).Friendly and helpful staff.
Clean and spacious
Staff at reception not helpful at all when I realized that I may have lost my wallet
Great location, easy check-in/out experience, room size was generous
Easy check-in. Comfortable room with lots of space. Good location.

Clean space good size room. Location is great, close to downtown but not in the middle of all the happenings.
Road noise but it is a big city. That can't be controlled.
Walking distance to restaurants and barsLaundry Maschines 7 eleven at bais floor Gym with good space
Room space and the bar.
The fact there are no irons in the rooms, how are you supposed to iron shirts etc in order to attend meetings. Also every hotel in the world nearly has tea and coffee making facilities.
We had a fabulous stay at the Lotte City - our room was spacious with incredible views over Ulsan from the 19th floor. The staff were incredibly friendly (especially to our young children) and helpful, helping us to book various taxis
Nothing, it was all good
Location / free parking abt 100 mtrs away / small shop in the ground floor. Bed and pillows are super comfortable
Wall carpets started peeling off, a cleanses could be better, and toilet amenities are very limited or almost none
Hotel feels new and clean. Room was a good size. Location was near the train station. Staffs were helpful
Great hotel in the city of Ulsan, big room and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast, too. Great location and good value for money. Will be back for sure.
