Staff is friendly, room is very clean. The staff knows some english, so tourists are able to communicate with the staff. There is a breakfast buffet option which is quite delicious (23000 won). Travellers are able to leave the luggage with the front desk if they reached before the check in time.

Extremely small minor comment --- There is a good washer and dryer in the hotel (5F), but it will be good to bring a translator with you to help translate the Korean words on the machines. Other than that, all is good. :)

Staff, Woo Jung In, helped swiftly with thorough explanation to check in! Very professional and kind service we got when we some check in issue.

Stayed in premium double room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good location in city center. Wide parking lots. Excellent wifi. Calm and fast elevators. Good soundproof walls and floors. Good quality toilet amenities. Disposable slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Business hotel style. No bathtub as written. Not enough bath towels.

Front Desk ladies are very helpful and professional.

My room had mould, and it was not comfortable because smell was too much.

The breakfast was very good. We liked the variety of options. The unlimited beers and snacks in the evenings were a nice option to have as well if we didn't feel like going out. Great restaurant options nearby and close to bus stops and taxis.

The air conditioner didn't work consistently. The rooms got very warm sometimes even though the thermostat was set to cool.

The location is ceter of the CBD and good breakfast.

ONLY receptionists are friendly and welcomed , but hotel Cafe's stuff was not professional, causing by no training , unfortunately.

Air conditioner control by hotel so they turn off and on. It was nearly 30degree humidity summer and we don’t have air conditioner during night and day time. I didn’t know when I booked and also when I checked in, the staff didn’t mention at all either. Was quite hard to stay inside and sleep.

Very nice room with comfortable bed, excellent staff and superb breakfast. My favorite hotel in Ulsan.

Long wait for the elevators.

Location was great. Downtown and near the facilities we need to visit during the trip. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was good for the price paid.

First room (1101) needs to be evaluated by management. The lower portion of the left wall as you enter the room looks awful. We went back to the front desk immediately and requested a different room. 2nd room (1206) was in much better condition and provided us comfortable accommodation during our stay.

Breakfast was good value for the money and worth it during the stay. The area is well situated and close to various eateries, cafes and convenience stores.

The room facilities and furnishings are standared and don't expect any wow features for the price but it was comfy and clean.

The worst hotel I have ever been. In room was very hot. I do not like the room. The hotel was very wornt out. The wallpaper was terrible. I do not recommend this hotet

I like how the lift operates in the hotel, there are only 3 lifts and there are designated for different range of floors so we won't have to wait too long for the lift. The room are really suitable for couples and they have this fancy design to see through the bathroom and bath tub. There is a working desk with desk lamp, and a sofa to lay on, I stayed on level 20 and the room view are so beautiful, I can see all the high rise building next to me. The gym facilities are great too, I have not tried the breakfast but reviews said they are good, I can smell the coffee smell when I took the lift in the morning and really tempted to visit. Receptionist are great as they are able speak fluent English and willing to assist you if you meet with any problems. Location of hotel is great too, a few minute walk and you will get to visit all the food store & night clubs.

I didn't like the bathroom, as the shower is set up on top of the bath tub, it is uncomfortable for me but it is fix design for the hotel, nothing can change much. Secondly, the aircon is really weak, it is really quite warm in the room and I need to call the reception for help. Thirdly, the room door is very heavy and the paint are coming off, I think is time for a repaint.

Good

Very slow elevator. Waiting time up to 5-10 minutes in the morning. The corridor in front of the elevator was not cleaned up for two weeks.

It was lovely. we’ve stayed here before. got to eat the breakfast and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised.

Only 2 English tv channels and they were both news. I was looking forward to watching some Nat Geo.

The location is very convenient and there is a parking garage under the hotel.

The airconditioning doesn’t work and the room gets very warm (around 27 degrees).
