Hotel Daoom

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was high quality. The chef went out of her way to make sure my child was happy. The location was great.

Someone, either staff (that had no business opening the room since we were only there for one night) or someone with the wrong key card (again, that would be on the staff issuing an incorrect card) straight up opened our door and left it open, we could have been robbed but we got lucky.Location was ok but only for business travellers. If you want to see Ulsan more this was not a good spot.The room was rather humid.The parking is basically unusable unless you understand Korean, not only were the instructions on how to access the tower only available in Korean, but the staff was also not willing to come along and help you with the process. Self service or no service basically.

We got a family room. It came with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Very spacious. Would come back again

Ac in the living room kept turning off on its own but it didnt really matter bc the one in the bedroom was working perfectly

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and had all the facilities you could need. There is a great coffee shop in the foyer. Good location with lots to eat around. Great value for money! We really enjoyed our stayed and extended it by 1 more night.

My husband and I loved everything about Hotel Daoom! The staff was amazing and so kind, the rooms are so beautiful, clean and comfortable. We slept so good in our beds and would always choose this Hotel over any other!:)

Everything was PERFECT!

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the duvet was lovely and warm. It was very clean and the interior nice.

The staff didn't tell me about breakfast at check-in so in the morning, I called reception to ask where to go. They didn't speak good English and told me it was finished. It was only 8am when I called. They said in Korean that you have to register in advance for breakfast but as she never gave me the option at check-in I had to go and buy some bread at the convenience store for breakfast.

Clean, modern, functional. 2 large double beds were a good configuration for our family to be able to stay comfortably in the same room.Excellent value for money. Free onsite parking.

The in house coffee shop didn’t open until late morning which was not convenient for breakfast time. But there are convenience stores and cafes in the surrounding area.
