Pros +
- Great location and moderate room rate. Room was very nice with great view.
- Very clean facility. Breakfast was decent.
- We found the rooms to be clean and comfortably sized, and the front desk team was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- For the price they charge, I felt like they have should really included some amenities, like tooth brush or slippers as basic free amenities.
- The breakfast buffet was just average, and unfortunately, the staff member handling payment came across as a bit unfriendly. The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. They were uncomfortably warm and stuffy, and we had to keep the windows open all day and night just to make the temperature bearable enough to sleep without overheating.
- The room was a bit too small. It was too warm in the room also the heating was off.

The bath room was nice.
The room was a bit too small. It was too warm in the room also the heating was off.
Breakfast: My mom loved it, especially Sunny Side Up Eggs.
Late check-out: in terms of hotel key card, it didn’t work out after the original check-out time. A couple of times of visiting the front desk sort of wasted time, which was not fun.
The room was cozy and clean, front desk staffers were all super polite and helpful, and breakfast buffet was a delight. But the best thing out of everything was the bed. Bed mattress felt like a cloud and the pillows are just like marshmallows. ?
Breakfast is so delicious. Room spacious for 2. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Will recommend
No issue for us. Keep it up
Staff in the lobby is very friendly and helpful, lots of restaurants and shops in a very short walkable distance, good place to stay during a business trip
Pillows are not so good, gave me a difficult sleep, cleaning staff ignore the "do not disturb" sign and go into the room every day, towels seem to be bleached a lot, after 2 weeks i got a slight rash on my skin.
Location
Room a bit small
All the staff i interacted with were very helpful and friendly.
