Hotel need some sort of refurbishment.

Restaurant; Great food (Buffet) and ambience. Pool Area; Pool and Pool Staff were very helpful. Location is good. Room; spacious, clean and a good-sized bathroom. Friendly Staff in the Restaurant, Pool Area and at the Easter Fun Day.

Welcome, at the Reception, was cold; inattentive Staff. Two children, but only offered one Easter Biscuit. Did not know anything about the Easter Funday and gave two different starting times. No WIFI in the room, even though this was advertised in the booking. Being told that Breakfast was not included, when it was included, and I had paid for it.Easter Fun Day was advertised, but very little idea as to when, what and where, so we left after the Easter Egg Hunt.

The friendly staff and excellent daily buffet menu.

Their online accommodation booking has some issues with what is included with accommodation prices.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment but was not ready when I arrived so I was given a 1 bedroom apartment. IHG member and I need help information on my points.

Carpet needs to be changed with better furnishings.

Breakfast is good and the location is convenient I love the Kaukau fried and muffins I love them

During my visit, a rugby match was being televised on a large screen near the pool. Unfortunately, the noise from the screen was very disruptive, even reaching inside the room. Even more concerning, the staff seemed more interested in watching the match than attending to customers.My experience was further marred by a lengthy wait for my food. To top it off, when the food finally arrived, it was incorrect.

Food was good, facilities were nice, staff were very kind. Room was clean and regularly tidied. Nice pool and wifi worked well for me.

Can use reusable bottles or provide water refill without using plastic water bottles in rooms. No non-caffeinated tea in the room. Airport shuttle was late when we departed and staff didn't provide information.

The staffs, facilities and environment was awesome.

I booked for 2 nights stay I wasn't advised that the buffet breakfast is for the one morning only. We checked in on the 29th, 30th buffet breakfast was free however paid for the breakfast on the 31st.

The balcony had chairs but i think there should also be a little table included also

Kitchen wasn't well stocked with essential itemsThe roller door in the laundry couldn't be rolled back to access the laundry sink.The main door including the right lift was faulty at the time of my stay.

Everything was satisfying. We surely enjoyed our stay for the night

Firstly, we were checked in to room 1157 and unfortunately the room Power switches were not working. Electricians check and got it fixed but unfortunately the switches were giving out sparks when we were trying to use it to boil the jug or charge our phones. We were moved to Rm 1230. The same incident happened but I did not bother to advise because it was already midnight. I would highly recommend the switched to be checked and changed for guests safety. Thank you

The staff and location is very good as I have stayed at the Holiday inn in Port Moresby several times

The access lock on the room door was faulty and several times I had to go down stairs for assistance, there was no urgency to fix it and was still an issue when I checked out. No water on the last day in the room, meant could not flush the toilet nor could I have a wash! Several calls to house keeping to get a bucket of water which eventually arrived five minutes before checkout. The pool was closed for the duration of my stay as the pool water was contaminated.Will I stay at the Holiday Inn Port Moresby, probably NOT.A shame because previous experiences have always been good experiences.

Location was good. Room was good. Maybe add abit more utensils and cleaning agents in the kitchen.

As we didn't stay there, all I can say is our 'stay' lasted around 3 1/2 hours too long.

We did not stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Port Moresby. When arrived (a) they couldn't find our booking; (b) when they found it they told us there was no accommodation available. The rooms allocated to us had been given to someone else. After over three hours of the staff trying to find us alternative accommodation in another hotel, we moved to a different hotel where we spent the entire holiday. I understand we were not the only people that day whose booking had been given away. The staff seemed slack and disappeared for periods, claiming they were waiting for another hotel to ring them. The HI staff should have been more pro-active in fixing the problem.
