Great location by the airport, some charm in the beautiful landscaping, and all very clean. It smelled neutral, which is a plus to me.

The hotel is aging, and it shows. Some chipping paint, water stains, etc.

The hotel needed maintenance and was overrated and expensive.

The location and friendliness of the staff

The lock chain on the inside was buggered. It was obvious that the room was still under maintenance.

The Front desk and reservations were too rude when attending to my reservations. That is why I will never choose to book any coral sea hotels because of my first impression of that particular lady that answered that phone on that day

expensive room with dirty curtains, wear and tear on the carpet floor, no independent temperature controls on air conditioning in each room, and it was uncomfortably hot and humid in there, no water for the whole day, very low water pressure, and slow room cleaning and change of towels and bed covers. happened before bedtime. USB charging points do not work. The lack of a setup guide hinders the ability to use the remote to watch TV. The bathroom and the suite feature LED lights that flicker. The noise from trucks zooming past in the afternoon and middle of the night is disruptive, and the glass is not double glazed to reduce this noise.

Not recommended

A lot of things disappointed us about this hotel. First, the check-in time wasn’t followed. The standard check-in was at 2 PM, but we were only allowed to enter our room at 3 PM with no proper explanation—just told to keep waiting. Second, the air-conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly. We had trouble sleeping because of the heat, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. Third, the bathroom was smelly and not properly cleaned with no complimentary toiletries. Overall, we ended up feeling more stressed than relaxed during our stay. Their rate is close to the other nice hotels in POM, but their service is way too poor.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was perfect for a short work trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities — especially the pool and bar area — made for a relaxing environment after work. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, though a few areas could use a refresh.

THE HOTEL is in reconstruction stage and it is a mess. It has no relation with the hotel i knew from my previous stay. The main bulding is closed and the offered rooms are scateterd in different buildings , with no elevator throug narrow passages . The Wi Fi cannot reach the remotest rooms

The staff and location

Most facilities is run down, for instant Unit 43 aircon in the bedroom was not working.There was no utensils and remote control for the TV. Fridge was not cooler too

Proximity to the airport and accommodating front desk staff.

We advised that we'll check in at 4pm. However, when we arrived, the room was not yet available and was advised to wait. After a few minutes, we were called and we're advised that we have been upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. I mentioned that we booked for 2 beds, and upon finding out there was only 1 bed, we advised front desk that we need 2 beds. The staff offered to set up an extra bed for free.Upon arriving at the apartment, we were so disappointed because the room was almost bare, no bottled water, no soap and shampoo in the bath, the telephone was not working and later, the extra bed NEVER came.

No hot water. No iron to iron the clothes in the morning. When we requested in the morning, housekeeping staff were not available to help us.

The standard has dropped off. Rooms smell like smoke, no hot water , and air conditioning hardly works. I had someone knocking on my door at 11pm and 1am people screaming and fighting. I was trying to call reception, but no one answered!! Very disappointing. I checked out the same morning and booked another hotel. I'm never going back again .

Despite telling them beforehand about my arrival time, I had to wait half an hour for the shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport, and had someone to call them twice...

There was no hot water coming out of shower, Towel has stain on them and no soap was provided for the first day, No lift , only 1-2 option in vegetarian food in all together 3 restaurants
