I like that the staff is very accommodating and respectful..The view is superb and amazing!!

That the beach access has lots of trash..Breakfast has limited options, and no fruits included..

I had high hopes because of the good reviews but unfortunately I got to experience some of the negative reviews about this place but here are the good ones.. The infinity pool is big and nice because it is perched on the hillside with a nice view of the beach and is breezy. The restaurant's ambiance and view is nice too.

We booked Suite w/ Seaview. The room we were served at was at the very corner 1 floor apart from the restaurant above, so there's 1 floor between our room and the resto, and the room right above us I believe is where the hotel staff or some relatives of the hotel owners live and you could hear their footsteps right above our ceiling made from wood so it's making a lot of noise and is disturbing what supposed to be a relaxing place to stay at. Plus the water heater in the bathroom does not stay heated so go figure.. Also the room is not the same as the picture we booked so make sure to demand from what's shown in the picture. Don't book with breakfast included. Bfast is not very satisfying.

It have great view

Lots of stairs I didn't know about .bad knees be aware .room old showers very bad all hanging no hot water and stream lousy. Mattress need renewed. Tv with no channel works .I will not book it again and will not recommend to no one

- breakfast starts at 8 AM. If you are going on a tour and leave early , you just need to miss it. -limited option for breakfast youll get either pancake or eggs and toasts- no faucet just the shower so we just filled the basin with water running from the shower-3K deposit is outrageous for the type of room that we are staying with only a fan and an outdated TV. - 3% service fee if you are using a credit card was not disclosed until we arrived at the property and planning to use a credit card

The most gorgeous view in the world from this property. It’s like a dream! The staff was also wonderful, kind, helpful and friendly. The pool was beautiful too.

No complaints at all. Easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in the world.

Location was far away from main attractions

A very scenic and relaxing place, with professional and extra attentive staff. We stayed in the executive room and it felt like we have the entire place and the cove for our family.

I really like the location and how the staff specially Eulysis really treat us with care. I felt at home!I like the overlooking view of the ocean! Superb!

The place was really big, beautiful and clean, with an amazing view! The staff was really nice and helpful, making it very comfortable for us.

Sometimes there was a very bad internet connection in the room.

The location, breathtaking view from your room and balcony,attention to details when the property was constructed, bamboo weave walls, furnishings, commune with nature, no expense spared, just have to maintain the place. Will recommend to friends. I felt like I stumbled on a good property not knowing the area.

Great view to the sea and the swimming pool. Room was spacious enough for us two and we appreciated very much to have hot water in the shower. Food offer was just enough with philippine and international dishes. Every day, we had the pleasure to have a continental breakfast. We liked particularly the kindness of the staff, especially the 2 staffs working in the restaurant. Great help of the staff to carry our bags from the main road to our room.

The villa the pico hotel has a magnificent location on a highland overlooking the sea with magnificent vistas of the coast and the mountains. It has the best swimming pool of any hotel or place that i have ever been as it is at least 25 m long and good for lapse and it is shaded by a tarp that provides protection from the sun. At 1600 pesos or about $27 it was a great value for money. The views from the hotel terraces are spectacular some of the best that i have ever seen from any hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable with the board at the foot of the bed that was painful to my feet. The beach was rocky and no good for swimming or snorkeling.

I would rate this place a 6 for the room and a 10 for everything else. Without realizing, I got a standard room with no A/C and it sucked.

Quiet place with amazing view. The staff was really helpful and available, room was comfortable even if basic. Swimming pool was perfect to enjoy the view and good weather. Thanks again !

Breakfast included was a bit light.

Sadly we only stayed overnight to catch a boat the next morning. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, because the standard room and the views were very nice. Clean & comfortable! Had some tasty dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Staff were very friendly.

Staff were also very chaotic. It seemed like some of them have had some stressful days, because they were running around all the time. They might have overcharged us for dinner at check-out, but we were in a hurry to catch the tricycle, so we didn’t bother.

The staff is absolutely lovely and accommodating just like all of the other comments have said. It is a little oasis on its self. The pool is of a decent size and the view is absolutely breathtaking.

Warning: there are a ton of stairs, so if you are not physically capable of doing the stairs, I would not recommend this location. The options for breakfast are rather limited, but what they offer food-wise is very good.

Love the location but particularly impressed with the staff and management who were very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Breakfast meals needs to improve a bit by offering a more substantial and appetising food choices.
