They nickel and dime you to death. No complimentary water and coffee. you had to pay for ice, for brewed coffee, bottled water. Nothing was free there. costs add up.

the hotel is very well maintained and all areas are kept clean. the staff is always very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The enchiladas are to die for :), wonderful and delicioius.

the free breakfast menu is not impressive and the quality is not good compared to the regular menu. We actually stopped eating the free breakfast and ordered and paid for our breakfast. all of the eggs were overcooked and slightly burnt on the underside.

The staff were very friendly and constantly maintaining the hotel and grounds. they did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant.

The location is fine as long as you don't want to swim in the ocean. it was constantly pounded by windwaves. I would never eat in that hotel again! rice was uncooked, the shrimp was not even close to fresh. I can eat almost anything & was disappointed.

Although they have wi-fi in the dining area it is not in the bedrooms which was annoying.

The indoor dining area is right on the beach, with windows all-around, and the outdoor lounge area is awesome (chairs, a hammock, covered dining areas, quality stonework steps down to the beach, and more). For the dinner I ordered, they substituted fish for pork -- very accommodating -- and the bar, with very reasonably priced beers and drinks, is 24 hours! This is a family run place with a happy, awesome staff. Badladz is founded by a female, and she has a legendary biography in her own right; read up on it, as it posted in the restaurant area. (Okay, certainly the hubby had a hand in it -- and what a great team.) The pool is the best ever with a waterfall in the corner that has sitting area behind it built for two, perfectly romantic, but even it you go alone, I assure you won't be let down. I only had two nights there, but I can't wait to go back.

The cappuccino is made from pre-fab packets, not a fresh ground coffee with real milk, but there a little port plaza nearby -- the one with Spanish galleon ship docked there for photo-ops -- where you can get top-notch coffee. It's a 150 peso trike ride to that spot, and very much worth the time.

Well run hotel. Very friendly staff. The food was very good and the prices were fair.

There are no restaurants or tourist shopping in this location. There was construction from 7am to 4pm with considerable noise in the upstairs rooms.

I picked the lowest cost room and it is smaller but still has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower and is big enough for one person or a couple. There's a safe in the room and the room is exceptionally clean which was fantastic. The staff were the nicest people and so helpful for anything like getting towels you can use for the beach (which is at the hotel) or pool so you dont need to bring the ones from your room and any questions you have they will help. The WiFi is also super fast which was very helpful. Wonderful place and wonderful stay. Will stay here again next year on my vacation!

The place, view, area, foods, drink & staff was on fire ill rate it as 10/10 twas good experience staying at badladz. no dislike for me.

The staff are great, attentive and very polite!! I like that it's a quiet area. I like how the resort was laid out. I like the mini nook with chairs and table provided out of the balconies so you can enjoy the view of the beach.

The bed is decent, there is only 1 thin sheet for top cover that is provided which is not enough. There's no bath soap in our room.

Breakfast was fair and the host were friendly.

The privacy was sketchy; you can still hear outside from the bathroom. The location was big confusing in the beginning until you follow the walk path and its directions to the resort.

On the beach, great restaurant on site, excellent massage on site. All the staff were amazing especially Neil the dive master for the dive shop and Grace who served us most of our meals.

They have rooms without windows, we upgraded to a room with a balcony. Also the door must be locked to remain closed. This meant if I went out earlier than my family, someone had tow wake up and secure the door or I had to take the key which when removed turns off the fans and AC.Not a deal breaker but something resort should upgrade imo.

Customer service is excellent. All staff are very hospitable and helpful.The environment is peaceful and laid back, away from the crowd. The room is spacious and with good layout. The ocean view from the terrace of the room is very relaxing.Booking of transportation, tour and ferry ticket is very convenient.

Inclusion of a hair dryer would be great.

The property is right on the beach and staff are efficient and friendly and the restaurant has a large selection of food.

Just be aware that if you are visiting in February that this side of the island is very windy.

This hotel is situated in the middle of main attractions, around 15 min drive to both Sabang, White beach & tamarraw falls.We personally like it because its 10mins walk to the main town and perfect if you are looking to experience the locals. It is away from hussle and bussle of busy Puerto Galera center attractions. The accomodation, food and activities are reasonably priced. You can even book your boat transport to the mainland. This hotel is right next to the beach with midsize pool perfect to cool down or practice your scuba diving, and the kids loved the mini pool. Everyone, all ataff are super friendly, helpful and very welcoming which we enjoyed the most. The bar and restaurant have plenty to offer. The beds are comfy and rooms have ACs, safety vault, balconies.and plenty of parking. We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for the whole week. I will definitely book again and i highly recommend staying in this property. Thank you so much Badladz, it was not bad at all and congratulations.You have a fantastic team!

It was a very good breakfast with many different dishes to choose from. The hotel has a great location, only 20 meters from a great beach, and a amazing view. Can be printed recommended.

If I could wish for something that could be better, there were cushions on all the wooden chairs in the dining room. It was fine to sit for a breakfast, but at a good long dinner, it was somewhat hard.

The location is far from nice beaches, the room with no windows, rules written everywhere, the breakfast with fatty sausages, that one glass of milk costs more than a coffee latte…

The staff was great, helpful and kind! The beach was steps away, beautiful as expected. The room was very clean, including the bathroom as well.

I like the staff and the restaurants inside :) we are so relax because of it ♥️✅ thank you!! Location was great as well, most importantly it's near in our church, so we managed to attend our service twice that week we spent our summer in Puerto Galera! This place is awesome ??

The so much far parking area they have. Haha ? It's hassle to walk from the resort under summer sun to go to their parking area but then we don't have any choice. Still grateful whatever the facilities they have specially the service. Thank you Badladz!
