- The afternoons are hot. Simply putting in some sort of window treatment on the stairwell windows would make a big difference.Get some local artist to paint a seascape on them
- The place was perfect for me, if I had to pick something the water runs out at night. Make sure you fill the bucket provided. Then have a filipino shower when the water runs out.

Close to the strip, helpful and professional staff. It's really affordable, my room was the deluxe and I had a great view of the water. The restaurant also has a great view and food. The waitresses are really nice.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms is very cozy, clean and the air conditioner works pretty good. Love the fact we were in front to the ocean. Didnt have opportunity to enjoy the kitchen of the resort, but the comments of others were very clear that the cocker is excellent.
The fact that the city hall is taking the beach in front and we needed to walk a half mile to have some place to relax or pick up a boat and go to a island. If you are a great swimmer that is the place to be.

Work still in progress recovering from the major fire incident. Lots of roadworks and building noise around but this will just be temporary. Facilities will also continue to improve.
