- The hotel is 20-40 minutes away from any other food or amenities. It is a ghost town with very few guests. The one and a only restaurant at the hotel is limited with one person serving and hosting the whole time with a menu that cannot be provided .
- It was a total creepy place. We didn't even stay there after we checked in. We were the only guests. No beach, no bar. Aweful
- First it’s not senior citizen friendly,no elevator nor escalator. The room smells bad , we have to asked for refresher spray when we first enter the room.

The room is spacious ( it’s a suite) though you can see it is quite old. The staffs in the restaurant are friendly.
They didn’t change the bathroom foot towel. The sofa in the suite is itchy and dirty. Very few options in the menu and pricey for it’s taste, serving size and presentation. They accept day tours so the pools were occupied most time of the day.

1. While our resort is beachfront, swimming in the sea is strictly prohibited due to muddy water, rocky sand, and jellyfish. Guests may enjoy the available swimming pools instead. 2. Room Location: Deluxe and Executive Rooms are on the 2nd floor (no elevator). 3. Check-in requires booking confirmation and valid government IDs for all guests; if the booker is absent, a signed Letter of Authorization with a copy of their valid government ID is needed.4. A Php 1,500 incidental deposit per room is required upon check-in and is refundable after inspection. (Cash only) 5. Rooms are for registered guests only. Additional guests are subject to approval and applicable fees. 6. Visitors are not allowed inside rooms. Meetings may be held in public areas only. 7. We implement a strict no-smoking policy. A Php 10,000 cleaning fee applies for violations. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. 8. No pets allowed. A Php 10,000 cleaning fee applies for violations. 9. Outside food is generally not allowed, except for special dietary needs or when the restaurant is closed. Food must be properly packed, non-odorous, and consumed inside the room only. Cooking is strictly prohibited. 10. Prohibited items/activities: firearms, flammable materials, speakers, videoke, and drones. Violations may result in eviction without refund. 11. We do not offer airport transfers. 12. All special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed. A damage deposit of PHP 1500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash.
