This hotel is exceptionally clean and well cared for. My room,third floor balcony was perfect. All service from desk to wait staff to pool people deserve high marks. This was not my first choice but perfect and should I return,will not hesitate to choo

I had to change rooms from a deluxe to an executive because the deluxe room was small and cramped. There were two twin beds that unsatsfactory for my wife and I. I was charged an outrageous price for supposedly staining the linen and towels. Very Noisy

They do need signs around the hotel asking other guests not to be too loud very early in the morning

Blackout on the 1st day and hence no electricity in the room. Poor tv coverage and outside noise from 12am til 4am which disrupted our sleep.

Location is perfect for the venue I attended, breakfast was excellent ( my fav rice and corned beef, highly recommend. Thank you

This was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

Room immaculately clean,beddings changed everyday,bed was comfortable,aircon,shower working properly.Reasonable breakfast but you have to pay extra for fruit and cereals.What we like most was there was unlimted complimentary cold water and hot coffee at the lobby.Staff are polite and helpful.We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.Taxis accessible .

Breakfast very limited choice all filipino dish.We dont eat rice at breakfast.Paying extra for fruit and cereals.At Gerry's you can only have a one small cup of coffee.You have to pay extra for another one.

The location is nice. It's near all the restaurants and groceries. The breakfast is nice as well. We appreciate the staff arranging food deliveries for us even it's already late in the night

We booked for a room with veranda expecting that the view is facing the beach. it was indeed with a beach view but i think it's a bit blocked with the buildings and houses on the side

the room was not so fresh comparing to the pictures available on booking before confirming the reservation. breakfast is not in the hotel but shall be taken within a restaurant to be teach by walk outside the hotel.
