    Pros +

    • Advertised as more but got less
    • Since we booked this early, it ended up raining hard during our stay, the road to the place was even flooded, but still passable. The staff were extremely kind, and we were able to just enjoy staying at the hotel. There was food, a pool, and even a happy hour, super nice!
    • The only good thing in this resort is maybe their swimming pool.

    Cons -

    • The matches were uncomfortable. The room was dirty had mold on the side of the wood made it hard to breeze cause I have asthma. Had to walk almost a kilometer to the beach This is more like rustic camping in wooden tents The pool didn’t seem very clean. We cut our stay short supposed to stay two days we left and found another place.
    • it’s just that when it rains in Liwliwa, it usually floods, which is pretty normal. But like I said, the roads were still passable. Can walk to hotel, Of course, it would’ve been better if there was no flooding so.
    • They were so hard to find, since their signages are not updated. On the google map, it ends on the shared parking lot, and we cannot find their resort. CR is smelly and water is not working - no flush also. Staff are not welcoming to guests it's not hotel or resort standard. Sorry but it needs improvement especially in the directions and staff performance.

    The pool.

Misleading pricing on corkage fee and the water in the bathroom smells like rust.

    Staffs are good.

Too far from beach. Expectation vs. Reality. Booking app says that there are free toiletries, but surprisingly no available toiletries. Jacuzzi is not working as well, but in marketing videos it is available. Comfort rooms are not well maintained. Doors are broken, heaters and showers isn’t working well.

approachable staffs, clean area and good ambiance.

The water on public shower and the shower also.

I like the design of the resort and Plus points because they have swimming pool. I like that there’s so many plants around the resort. And I love the HEATER in the Restroom although it’s for sharing. The food is good.

What I don’t like is the location, It’s pretty far from the beach. I don’t expect that the room is so small just enough to fit the bed and to sleep. I don’t like the tiles in the restroom and it looks dirty. I prefer white glossy tiles instead. And lastly, the parking area is far from the resort.

The property was clean, aesthetically-pleasing, and has everything you’ll need for a comfy stay. For a group of young travelers, the location of the property is okay because we can walk such distance from the beach or from other establishments without a problem. We also like that it has its own pool which is big enough. It’s also nice that it has its own restaurant. The rooms are clean. The beddings and towel smell fresh. The room that we got can comfortably fit up to 5 people.

The water in the bathroom has a rusty smell and taste (I knew about this cos I used it for brushing my teeth). They also only have 2 shared shower rooms and 2 shared toilet rooms. Idk if that would be enough if all their rooms are fully booked on peak season. At around afternoon, the toilet rooms also smell. I hope they regularly clean them throughout the day because it is a shared space

Staffs are nice, the pool and room were clean enough.

It was not properly maintained. Restroom was untidy, the door was broken lock not working. There’s no hook or rack where you can put your clothes and toiletries, even in the room. And the wash area beside the pool is meh, shower head is laying on the floor and has mold.

    the way going there

    Don’t book here.

First off, it was not indicated on the policy that no food and drinks is allowed, it was emailed after booking. It was not refundable so we had no choice but to eat on the beach since we already bought food. I asked about this and they only said if I want to cancel even though they know its not refundable. When we got to the place the parking is too far from the resort. The water on the CR will make you vomit. It smells like rotten fish. We had to use the common CR bc it has less smell but still has smell. We only have to stay for one night, thank god we booked on other place within liwa for our second day. All in all, such a bad experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met, including a few last-minute requests.

    The food is good.

Not good as advertised. The cabins are too small. I've been to several glamping sites and cabins, but this is the smallest room I've ever had. You can't even stand inside, which is really uncomfortable. The AC controller is broken, and the CR is dirty. They are aware that we will be there but have not taken the time to clean. Some guests or "so-called co-owners" show little respect to other guests. We assumed wind down was at 10 p.m., but those people kept talking and laughing until 2 a.m. Like, really?! We are on vacation, but we are unable to sleep due to their noises.

The guy on the front desk, I think they said was a part owner of the property was NOTTTTT ACCOMODATING. He did not smile at all throughout our stay and he was VERY RUDE. I asked if it is okay to get another towel since it was raining hard and the towel got wet HE RUDELY RESPONDED AND SARCASTICALLY SAID THAT THERE IS A 100 pesos charge. I don’t care if I would spend another 100 for a spare towel but BE RESPECTFUL OR GENTLE AT LEAST WITH YOUR WORDS.

nothing ? everything was amazing ?

    Good to take photos

Their rules, rooms, food prices and especially parking lot. Their parking lot is prone to accidents.

    7Marie A. G. F.Posted on: 5-31-2024

Wifi and there are no water issues.

It was pricey considering it has no beach access.Pool was slippery and the design has a lot of corners which makes it not child friendly. They should consider placing a pool cover. For those who are afraid of frogs and insects I don’t recommend them this place. They also turn off the wifi at night.

    Not good as advertised

Tiny cabins are only meant for sleeping. The customer service should also be improved. The manager/owner was not really friendly during the check-out. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone if you want a stress-free stay.

Tiny cabins are only meant for sleeping. In one cabin, there were ants which prevented my friends from using the loft bed. The customer service should also be improved. Our door knob malfunctioned at the time of stay, but the staff accused us of doing it intentionally. The manager/owner was not really friendly during the check-out. Overall, we wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone if you want a stress-free stay.

The place looks pretty and “instagrammable”.

    Not clean.
