When we arrived in White Rock we got lots of surprises. 1st, the room we booked is not the same showed on online booking. 2nd, we bring our two kids 10 & 5 , upon arrival they charged us for additional P1500 each. Should be free. Just a heads up!

Where do I start. The Christmas meal was terrible and breakfast was like kind . Upon check out many people around me were complaining about their room charges.Then it came our turn like others we were told we had2400p worth of charges. Well like others we had to argue the charges were either paid or not ours at all. ?

The activities within the facility were fun and enjoyable

The service at the Naya Bar was very slow and it took about 3 hours to get all our orders. When they run out of stuff, we had 2 meals and they did not communicate early enough. So if we choose to exchange stuff it took even more time

If you rent the water sports rentals price is more different if you said room charge when you check out you will be shocked you charged more than you agree before you used the watersports equipment. It is scam!!

I love the wave pool and the three infinity pools specially the salt water pool. Pool water controlled temp is so refreshing. Staffs are so friendly and courteous. Facilities are still improving but excellent. Food is just fine for filipinos and delicious. Management may consider to extend the other pools operations up to may be 8pm.

The bad wheather hehehe that causes big sea waves and difficult to access the floating platforms. The bar prices is a bit expensive. Buko costs 288 pesos huh.

So many amenities. This was a repeat visit for us so our children and grandchildren could enjoy. Did they ever!

The wave pools would benefit having a clock. I try to not bring my phone or smart watch to water related events. Asking others the time to ensure we are where we need to be becomes cumbersome. Great areas for large digital clocks.

Pricey Food in Naya Bar, No fridge in the room.

The staff ( Gener, CJ and ERica ). the cleanliness, the ambiance in naya bar, the salt water pool, the heated fresh water pools, the shuttle service, the acoustic music and the breakfast buffet

lunch and dinner options need to be improved. maybe tweaking of recipes are in order

The life guards, beach attendents, wait staff in Sunset Restaurant and bell hops we're great and very accommodating.

The front desk staff were not very organized or informed. They also required a cash security deposit instead of using my credit card which left us almost broke with no cash until we got our deposit back. Very annoying! They have many extra fees that are not listed online but they surely tell you about them when you arrive to check in. This is definitely not an all inclusive stay by any means. My wife and I stayed 1 extra night in a single OV room after the family left and it did not have a heated shower!

We recently stayed at White Rock Beach Hotel and Waterpark, and overall, it was a memorable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request.The waterpark was definitely the highlight of our stay. It offered a variety of activities that catered to all ages, from thrilling slides to relaxing pools. There were separate wave pools for both children and adults, which was a great touch. The waterpark kept us entertained, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun.Breakfast was another standout feature of the hotel. The buffet was delicious, offering a wide selection of foods to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our day, with options to satisfy all tastes.The beach itself may not have had the crystal-clear waters and fine sand we were expecting, but it still offered plenty of activities. We enjoyed kayaking, and the inflatable water course available. The presence of lifeguards throughout the area made us feel safe, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the activities without worry.All in all, our stay at White Rock Beach Hotel and Waterpark was enjoyable. The friendly staff, great waterpark, and abundance of activities for everyone made it a great vacation spot. While there were a few small maintenance issues and the Naya Bar’s pricing could be a bit much, they didn’t overshadow the fun and overall positive experience.

As for the rooms (Poolside Deluxe), while they were not overly spacious, they were sufficient for group of four. The layout worked well, though we did notice that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. Additionally, the air conditioner had a leaking issue, which was concerning as the water created a slippery surface on the tile flooring. This posed a bit of a safety hazard, and it would be great if this could be addressed.Another downside, however, was the Naya Bar. While the setting and atmosphere were nice, the prices were quite steep, making it less accessible for those on a budget or for families looking for a more affordable dining experience.

The children enjoyed the water slides, wave pool, and low ropes course. The breakfast buffet was a good value and nicely presented. The on-site restaurant overlooking the bay served very good food, but the prices were quite expensive. The staff and lifeguards were friendly and helpful.

I booked the room using booking.com. The room was described as having a view of the infinity pool, but the two rooms we stayed in overlooked an alley with crowing roosters, power lines, a local road, and barking dogs that were very loud throughout the night. I noted this discrepancy to the front desk hotel, and I was offered to move to and pay for a suite in a different area of the hotel for a much higher price than the cost of the two rooms we had reserved. I declined.The booking offered a free kayak or stand up paddle board use. Our family kayaked one day, but the area guests are allowed to use is a small, roped off area directly in front of the resort. The area was very small for the number of guests.The area where guests are allowed to swim is directly next to the paddle board area and is also a small, roped off area and was smallFor the number of guests. The beach was very small for the number of guests.The bowling alley was closed and unavailable.The inflatable island was missing pieces in area. One of our children fell through at the top of a climbing area and fell under the inflatable island. He was able to swim out, but the staff then pulled a crab trap up out of the water from directly under where he had fallen. There was also a plastic bag full of something. When I asked about it, a staff member pulled it up from the water and turned it over dumping saturated spaghetti noodles directly into the water surrounding that area of the inflatable island. The staff were very helpful bouncing each of us into the air as part of the inflatable island experience.We booked a snorkeling boat tour to go snorkeling. The boat drove us to a small, rocky island where we were asked to purchase items. We were told to walk out on the rocks to the water to snorkel. We declined as there didn’t seem to be a safe place to enter and exit the water, especially for our youngest child. When we left the island we were asked to pay a fee for visiting.

Restaurant was cool.

Overall hotel is quite old and some facilities in the resort are closed for renovation and we were not able to use it. We do not know that before we book.

Had a great time with my family. We celebrated the 2025 new year in the resort.

There is a quiet time policy in the resort. However, one night there are foreign guests who are fighting and they are shouting in the middle of the night.
