Emerald Manor Hotel

Staff were courteous. The room was clean.

It was too expensive! Not value for money. Also it is quite far from city center. But if you prefer a quiet location, this is alright.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. A secluded hideaway. The vibe was chill. And the feeling walking the streets was a quiet suburban western world neighbourhood. Room was clean and not too many chemicals. The outdoor eating area was pretty The elvis theme was a bit funny.

The most stand-out negative was the way management seemed to disempower the staff, and not adequately give them the vision of the big picture. On check-in I gave them my passport, they left it in copier and didn't give it back. It wasn't till later that evening I went back and asked about it that I got it back. Later my father in law mislaid his senior citizens card. We asked them to look for it, they called around to various staff and nothing. Later when we were checking out, no one mentioned anything but my wife spotted it behind their counter....once she mentioned it it was given back. ....There was a lack of being proactive. During the stay we paid for a food item with cash. They had no record...They made me wait for about 20 minutes, contacting various staff and leadership, helping other customers in the mean-time me sitting there waiting to check-out...Eventually they just let me go The door to our room was improperly hung, and we could see into hall through gaps at the edges There were also issues with the way some of the doors on their eating area bathrooms were hung. A number weird little deficiencies on how some things were repairedThey have an Elvis theme so play elvis music at the outdoor eating area. That's nice for dinner, but its way too much for breakfast.An indoor or screened off dining area would have been nice

Location is not accessible to any stores and worse if you don’t have a car and breakfast is so so with not much choice.

Very small room with uncomfortable beds and not choice in food and poor location of hotel.

Plated breakfast and the fact that there is no umbrella service going to breakfast area near the pool when it is raining

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Couldn't eat breakfast by the pool due to constantly being swarmed by flies. As someone mentioned previously, you really need a car for this area due to it being a bit isolated with no nearby shops to walk to.

The staff were very courteous and accomodating., I like the coffee?, The room is very spacious and clean and the view is great!

Netflix is perfect.Good for family, so quite at night. Chopsticks for instant noodle at midnight are brialliant idea when you're so hungry.Cookies in coffee station are so yummy.

None sleeping lights. The desk lamp is over bright for sleeping.

Spacious. Clean. Nice view. Comfortable. Quiet. Fully furnished and complete with utensils/cooking equipment.

Far from the pool and other establishments.

The room, the place. The design is really good and the bed are comfortable even the sofas. The dine in kitchen is great too.

The lavatory is clogged in the restroom.

I had an excellent and relaxing stay at the hotel, and enjoyed birdwatching in the surrounding area.

Everything. The free coffee and hot chocolate are the icing. But the place is a must visit and the staff are amazing.
