Great location, great breakfast, good leisure centre

Hot water seems to be always an issue. Too cold to have a bath. Evenings always seems to colder

Great food and beer selection in the bar! WiFi was also suitable for international guests.

WiFi was a bit slow.

Excellent service all round. Lovely room, spacious and quiet.

all ok

All staffs are very helpful and in excellent manner. We are very happy to get upgraded and services are second to none.

Hopefully add a cable machine at gym?

Very good level of English at reception - lucky me! Quick easy check-in. Lovely rooms. Nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Everything you need really, all to a good standard. Nice restaurant.

all ok

Excellent service - so helpful. Smooth and fast check-in! Good level of English - lucky me. Lovely room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, QUIET room - thick walls and great location. Good selection of food in the restaurant. Spa - great. Cheap and wonderful foot massages!

The batter on the room service fish meal could have been crisper. I peeled it off and ate the fish. The french fries were a little tired. The salmon salad - salmon ok but the salad was mostly just lettuce! I was hungry so ate something. It was alright but could be better. My second night's food was better - spaghetti bolognaise. However, the restaurant food was all great.

It is definitely the best hotel in Weifang, big clean rooms with city view, comfortable beds and cozy feeling. European dishes in restaurant and room service menu are definitely a bonus.

Only one English speaking person at the front desk.

Very helpful staff. Great level of English. Smooth check in and out. Nice spacious room. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great location. Everything you want really.

My phone and the Wechat function always stop working on entering the hotel (my third visit). Please maybe give people a room number before they pay you. Then they can link to the hotel WiFi and pay you a deposit. Not everyone carries cash.

Lovely room. Very nice decor. Great food both Western and Chinese. Prompt and cosy effective room service. Nice bath, comfortable bed. Also, lucky me - high level of English at Reception Area! Very smooth check-in and check-out too. Quick! Recommend the spa too.

Shower in shower room didn't work this visit. The shower in bath area was fine.

Excellent hotel. Very smooth reception check-in and check-out. A lot of staff speak good English. Lucky me! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Tasteful design, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Food in restaurant and room service was excellent and service was prompt. Just great. Everything was very clean. A very enjoyable hotel experience. ?

No negative points.

Great hotel, very beautiful. Food was outstanding, staff were outstanding. I highly recommend any travellers book at the Pullman Weifang. You won't be disappointed.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation, staff or the food.

Small stuff in hotel was a bit cheap and low quality, not like pullman standards. others was fine. About breakfast i was expecting little better but still reasonable.

teethbrush, shower gel and soap,

The location is great.

Incredibly overpriced for the location. In the room water was 58元 (nearly ten dollars) for a bottle. The room was subpar, similar to something you could easily get for half the price in another hotel. This is the most expensive hotel in Weifang and it’s nowhere near worth it. Upon checkout I asked for the initial deposit to be returned, they assured me they would process it immediately. I ended up having to call them an hour later to make sure they processed my deposit. Now I’m waiting for the returned money to clear and still (10 hours later), waiting for my money to be returned. This is unacceptable.

There was a bed to sleep on

I came in around 10pm; the kitchen wasnt working and there was nothing working around either. In the morning i got up at 9 and the breakfast was closed and there was barely anything to eat! This place doesnt deserve the Pullman brand! I chose it just because it was the only 5 star I could find in booking.com; i probably would have better service at any Chinese hotel chain.

Western food menu

Hot water wasn’t hot

Great location. Close to shopping.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and amazing breakfast
