Pros +
- It is brand new and really clean.
- we like the staff, especially MS MIA JIA YUE is an excellent staff, even not be able to speak English, she went the extra mile to help us make our stay a pleasant one, she is a very sweet person, and other staffs like GEORGE, NATHAN and ELSA and the room chambermaid Deserve compliments too
- The staff was professional in handling my request for a receipt. Although they can only provide a Chinese version with my English name printed on it, they were efficient and have a clear procedure to make sure my request was completed correctly. A variety of local Chinese and Western options were provided at their complimentary breakfast and the cleaning staff was very helpful in assisting my needs.
Cons -
- First if all the Hotels street was closed and there in no any single signe how to reach the hotel from main side ( street). There in no knife and fork during breakfast even the food is great and international.
- a missing fridge and microwave, and toilet need WC washer pipe attach nearby, also the wifi could be better
- The cleanliness was a concern for an international hotel brand as I found stains on the couch, dirt on the toilet seat which was easily removed with alcohol wipes by myself and hair was found in the shower stall. I wish they could do better at the basics.
