Comfy, clean and friendly staff, close to Manao Bay beach, the best beach in the area.

This hotel was a "splurge" room, we rented an ocean view suite with jacuzzi. The view was very nice, and the room included breakfast.

I really hate badmouthing places that I've stayed, but there's a point where I just think it's to everyone's advantage, to be honest. The room was clean, but the accommodations are very dated. Paint chipping everywhere. Everything was a little rough around the edges. Shower water was barely hot. The entire hotel needs a remodel. Everything's kind of falling apart. The staff was extremely antisocial. Couldn't get a smile out of anybody, really. The only person who was smiling was the woman at the front desk. She was pleasant. And very helpful. But the wait staff in the restaurant and the bar really don't want to be there. The food was okay. I'm not sure I could even call this a town. The harbor is cute. But there's no town really. No grab. No taxis but the little motorcycle scooter conversions. Which I thought were super cool. It's just another dated hotel in the middle of nowhere. I'm really not sure how they're surviving.

The gym and pool with the view was lovely. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Besides for the view, there isn’t much nearby to do.

The staffHotel is very quiet and the location as well so good for a well rested night.

Without your own transportation it is hard to get around.Breakfast could have some warmer food.

Lovely reception and welcome drink. Clean modern business hotel with a nice pool.The facilities are good, but the restaurant and coffee shop are a little overpriced. Atmosphere was therefore quiet and subdued.The room was large enough and comfortable with clean bathroom and good quality toiletries.

Location although by the sea was limited. Had a pier you could walk out to and take photis but, you could not walk along the front to the resort and explore the area easily. Out of town a bit, so had no choice but to eat on site.The atmosphere was too quiet.Breakfast was just OK for such a quality hotel. The cook was not on duty when we arrived and kept disappearing. Coffee was from a machine and was awful.

The sea-view bedroom was wonderful, and the bedroom service was very nice

there is no real beach, but that is known when you come.

The hotel is located in a good quiet location of Klong Wan. The ground staffs are nice and friendly. The room is fairly clean, but too many hazards e.g., sharp edges. Not suitable for young kids.

The hotel hospitality and management need a big improvement. I complained about one out of 3 bottles of wine I paid at the hotel. Left my number, but the manager did not care to even call. Again I did pay for the bad bottle. And, tried one dish from the menu. It was terrible and not taking my complain seriously.

Passable

The hotel is located out of nowhere, there is nothing nearby. There could be a nice beach if the hotel can clean up the rocks and trash and put a nice layer of sand there. But at the moment, there is no beach, so guests can stand on the concrete solid pavement to look out to the sea. That's it. The pool is tiny so it can not make it up. The distance to Ao Manao where there is a nice beach is around 3 km. The hotel offers bicycle for rent, no scooter or motorbike or any transport service to the beach. I feel lost staying there. Plus, I booked the hotel around 3 weeks before arrival for Monday til Thursday when the hotel was quite empty. The hotel price on agoda dropped down to a bit more than 1000 THB/night one day before my arrival. But I paid over 8000 THB for 3 nights with booking.com, which is def. a shame. One day after arrival, I asked the hotel if I could cancel the last night because I just wanted to leave, and of course it was not possible. Ao Manao beach is really the only highlight of the whole trip. And the food at the hotel is quite reasonable.

Off the backpacker trail, this little gem was a perfect stay for us away from the crowds. 4 star facilities were great. Good food and drink. Nice pool. We used the free bikes to cycle to nearby Ao Manao beach each day.

Can't swim on the beach front directly in front of the hotel.

Very modern and attractive hotel. Great rooms and facilities. We ate at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the meal and cocktails.

There isn't much offering within walking distance nearby.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the property looked good over looking the sea.

I did not like the bugs or the pigeons and pigeon droppings everywhere, for these reason the property needs a deep clean and pest control to get rid in the bugs and pigeons

The room had a nice view and was spacious and comfortable.

The Jacuzzi was not working properly and started to run in the middle of the night with big noise.

There is no Hotel English sign board but only the restaurant Terrace name thus may post a little issue for foreigner.

The hotel looks nice, pool is lovely with a nice view. Rooms are quite standard but comfortable.

The food is ok for dinner in the evening. However, breakfast isn't worth the trip down the stairs.. at the very least they could / should serve a selection of fruit.. and I don't mean watermelon.

During the weekday did not have so much guesses

- Room did not keep noises and we listened the next room laugh and chat all night.- Room and pillows &blanket had a bad smell.- Staff not so much facilitating and welcome

Room is great, bed is comfortable

Staffs in restaurant zone are unfriendly.
