Hotel has a large territory. It is always kept clean. Hotel is situated by the sea. Beach is quet and beautiful. There are chairs available for hotel quests on the beach. Hotel has a nice pool and there are some sun beds to use. Hotel is serving a good breakfast

Our room was quite small

Large grounds, several pools. Nice beach in front. Decent breakfast

Bathroom was really small

Staff were extremely helpful nothing was a problem.location was fantastic,breakfast very good with great variety.

Internet a bit ordinary cutting in and out.Television is limited nothing in English.

Good location, close to the beach, nice sun rise, , breakfast selection is standard, but okay. Easy parking. Will definitely come back. Has more swimming pools. Ban Krut is quiet and nice beach restaurants.

When more people are there it is noisy of neighboring rooms. Pool pavilion, we stay at P8. Pool access, but kids of P9 and other people swimming / walking in front of room room.

The place is overall a bit run down

the whole property is immaculate, rooms in the building i was in are small but comfortable

This was our 5th visit and it does not disappoint, we stayed in the pool side bungalow, absolutely beautiful, staff fantastic, location perfect ? From our 1st visit it has become a bit busier and a few more restaurants opened, food always lovely at hotel and a lovely cafe onsite

Absolutely nothing

Very good location, surrounded with restaurants, next to the beach and nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good and the room is big and very comfortable.

Great location with a lovely pool..plenty of sunbeds,parasols available all day..beach across the road.. very comfortable room and we stayed in the block of rooms at the back...would have happily stayed longer...spent 2 weeks in ban krut area at different hotels and this is by far the best value for money..not much to do apart from relax and unwind.. a bit of a sleepy town a few long term retired residents but mainly Thai tourists families and couples...good food available all around..be prepared to just chill

A big plus is location , super clean & organized ,super friendly hotel staff (willing to assist any minute),next to the beach & dinning places and minimart.overall we are sooooooo happy with this hotel.

Room, location excellent

Breakfast for foreigners , is the same every day no variation like they do with the Thai food. We get processed sausages process ham , eggs three ways and that our lot. No fried or grilled tomatoes, no fried mushrooms which would be be really nice. For 15 years same same same . When I mentioned it they just say sorry!. I won't mind if the percentage of Thais were more than the westerners , but we are at least 75 percentage of there customers. I still love this hotel , but breakfast is a real disappointment.

Lived the three bedrooms all with ensuites and great outdoor area and closely located to the beach

Room was excellent, staff were lovely, very helpful. Great location.good breakfasts.

Not enough sun beds for the amount of clients, very difficult to get anywhere to sit between 9 am and 4 pm as people reserved beds from 7 a.m. not my idea of a relaxing holiday to have to compete for sun beds. Internet a bit unreliable.

Great transfer pick up from train station. Good communication from hotel staff. Great breakfast. Pool area. Loved the location.

People reserving sunbeds with towels and not using the beds for hours. Bar closed early but there are other local bars.

The seaview villas were right on the pool. Lovely pool, very clean. Fantastic view of the gulf from the rooms. All good.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The resort has two pools. Our room was on the second smaller pool. Great breakfast and the location is excellent. Just across the street there is the beach and a beautiful sea.
